Yesterday I went to this Burger King and ordered I believe two number sixs. They were the chicken sandwiches with onion rings instead of fries. The speaker box wasnt exactly working, probably on both sides because the person trying to take my order couldnt hear me and I could not hear her. Finally when she got my order correct, (through no fault of hers Im sure. Burger King makes enough money to replace malfunctioning machines, but like all fast food restaurants they dont) I drove up to the second window. The girl in the window seemed like she was a new employee being rushed by a manager? I think, she had no idea what food she was passing out, and rather confused when I asked her which one was the diet coke. The "manager" confirmed which one it was for her. I was then told to pull around the building to the front door the chicken was going to take 2-3 minutes. I like that, fresh food so it was no biggie. Any way about 3 minutes later the "manager" brought my food out, the bag was crumpled at the top with a half -assed attempted to neatly fold the bag. When the opened the bag it looked like a four year old had just thrown my food in. It didnt look like any attempt to organize the bag was done. The two medium onion rings were spilled out all over the bag, dousing my napkins in oil. Nice. Any way, I was running late or else I would have gone inside and asked them who thought that this was a bag that should be handed out to a customer? I used to run a fast food store, clearly the store manager of this store hasnt put in the effort to train their employees on how correctly serve customers.

In a span of 10-15 visits - I would say 10 of those I have had to pull around and wait for the food from the Drive Thru. This tells me that the employees in the King are not prepared for any sort of rush. Even when ordering a simple item like a Whopper and Fries - I had to pull around because they were out of frys and were making more. Im sorry, but out of frys?! How does that happen in a burger joint? Anyway, the food is okay - i mean, its just fast food burger king - but the service is terrible, theyre never prepared for anything, and youre always waiting a lot longer than you would have liked/anticipated. Find a different BK to go to if you need BK - the Londonderry one has never been an issue for me.

The place was terribly understaffed. The folks were working hard and you could tell they hated being there. Ordered Big Fish. Was more like a stale guppy. I remember when a Big Fish was actually whale size. Burger King has gotten cheap. So cheap that your places are all understaffed and serving food thats not of past quality offerings. Its like buying the same size cereal box with half as much product at twice the price. Its not the staffs fault. Its a Corporate issue. Greed. Pathetic.

This is supposed to be an egg-normous burrito? Cant believe I just paid for my appetite to be ruined. The food was cold and obviously cooked some time before I ordered. Not happy. I wont be coming back here. Cook this morning was lazy and careless... I wouldnt feed that to my dog. Only good thing was iced coffee and the service provided by the cashier.

Worst service ever, waited ridiculous amount of time for takaway food, when I got home Whopper missing, the staff clearly are busy socializing, no effort put into the job,,, I like Burger King in general,,,,, but not this one, Im done with it.

I go to this burger king all the time (at least 3 times a week). Never once have I had a bad expirence. Interior and exterior are alaways clean managers and staff are friendly and funny. Food is alaways made correctly.

The new crispy chicken sandwich I had in Epping was great. I ordered one in Derry. It was dried out like jerky and not hot. No mayo or tomato. I got another one at the BK in Manchester and it was good.

Girl didnt get order right, floors very dirty and sticky, most fountain drinks were our, had to wait for half of food order while ours was getting cold, no napkins, poor experience
