Walked in to a unlocked door around 10pm on a friday night. Met a very warm order taker named Kim, Then! A woman, who came up to me in a very rude manor told me I had to leave now. Explained, I wish to order quickly. Interrupted me, " no! You need to leave now!, dining room is closed!". I called her out, asking to speak with the manager after how rude her tone was, nothing. "Leave now!" She said. I feel bad for Kim, the poor look on her face. I was flabbergasted at this rate, I asked her what her name was three times as she conveenatly covered here name tag with her arm in a very unnatural way. I then left in dismay. Here is my point.. I use to manage a retail business... What should have been said. " Sorry sir, we were a little late locking the doors. Company policy is that we need to close the dining room at 10pm. We would gladly take your order through the drive-thru. Im so sorry about the inconvenience." ...thats how you run a business. Not "get, out leave". I hope the management team will see this. As this is my 1st review that I was compelled to make. So, to sum this up. Kim at the front end, very kind. The lady who covers her name tag, very rude and needs customer service training. Ive been a customer of this location for 5+ years, no problems. Overall I would say B+ for this location over the years. Not tonight though. Went to Wendys instead. May continue to do so too.

Staff here are very RUDE including the managers. Poor customer service!!! Went through the drive thru and was at the window when the manager just shoveled the food in my face and didnt even say "hi" or "thank you, come again". So I tell her thanks for such great customer service, and then she tells me to come out of my car so we can fight! Im like where did this all come from? Dont go to work if you dont want to be there!!!! I had my child in the car!!!

I never eat fastfood, went here for a quick meeting at night. Emoyees were unprofessional, a manager took my order & was soooooo rude it was unbelievable & got my order wrong and didnt excuse himself for it. Plus I wasnt given the correct amount of chicken fries... This is why I hate fastfood. Ill stick to real food in fine places with educated peopl working in it.

id say this burger king u gotta get lucky most of the time. sometimes like the girl below me has said there can be some times u go there and ur order wont go correct and the employees will act unproffesional. but if u got the munchies order urself 2 rodeo burgers and get urself some zesty sause then dip the burger and enjoy.

Not the friendliest staff and got my order wrong 2x even after they remade my burger it was still wrong. The door handles are dirty and the restroom is disgusting tables were sticky and the soda machines were nasty too.
