I am sorry but the guy working cashier on the afternoon of Friday 7/29/2016 was one of the least engaging or helpful people I have ever dealt with. He mumbled, took forever to take our order, and spoke way too quietly to be helpful. After ordering my CHEESEburger he took nearly 15 seconds to finally reapond as if he spaced out and then finally asked me how I would like my burger to be cooked and if I wanted cheese on it... Then, when trying to pay with a gift card, neither he nor whoever he asked for help was able to figure it out and we ended up having to pay with cash. I called the card company to confirm that there was in fact a balance on the card. I will admit that perhaps there is a problem with the card physically that may have prevented it from working and do not necessarily hold this against them. When the food came out the two sides of fries we ordered came randomly with two of the four burgers we ordered which I simply dont understand. Why would they not come in separate baskets if these were not ordered as meals? Perhaps I missed something but I know every other time I have ordered sides of fries in the past that they have come in separate baskets. They also forgot the drink for the kids meal we ordered. The straws were out and had to wait on those and then we had to ask for a knife to cut the food. Considering the meal came to nearly $70 and the food was average at best, it was a huge disappointment. Way too expensive, service was poor, and honestly the place is somewhat dirty and poorly maintained. This is not me trying to cause problems for the company but simply trying to give people an honest review of my experience and the company, if they should read this, some constructive criticsm. I will not however, be going back unless things change.

OK, the burgers are GREAT, Sooooooooooooo Good, A little pricey to take the family to often but worth the $, All the food is excellent, but the tomatoes on the side bar could be better, they are very hard and dont have any flavor & Unfortunately the service is quite lacking, even a little rude at times, order takers somewhat brain dead & robot like, not at all engaging or even helpful at all, I am a little offended most times I go in and if the food was not so great I would not keep going back, I wait long enough to forget how unhelpful they are before going back, HOWEVER outside of the rude order-takers the place is great place to take the kids, we love the food and my 11 year son loves the games they have and my 13 year old daughter always wants to bring her friends she likes it so much

I really, really love the burgers here. Usually my wife and I will order a 1 lb burger and cut it in half to share, saves you a couple bucks over getting two 1/2 lb burgers. Menu is very limited especially for kids, pretty much just a burger joint. The toppings are do-it-yourself from a salad bar. My only complaint is the tables feel extremely filthy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is unlike EVERY other Fuddruckers Ive been to. The staff is unprofessional and rude; management is even WORSE. Have you ever seen a Fuddruckers almost completely EMPTY at the end of lunch rush? Given the way we were treated, I completely understand it now.

Great place to eat good atmosphere. My wife spilled her chicken salads one time and one of the cook seen this. I was buying her a new one with no expectation of getting one for free and the cook told the cashier to refund my money. Good service.

Great burgers and milkshakes in a casual dining restaurant near Merrimack College. The crowds are usually students or families and the place is never super crowded. My go to place for the occasional burger with friends. Love it!

First time at this location in methuen, restaurant was empty. Cashier was brain dead and boring like a robot. Food was very good, cooked perfect. It was clean quiet and i will be back.
