I have been coming to this place since 2011. I know how long it takes to make a burger - its about 10 minutes as the minimum. Tonight, I went there for a burger and parked in front of their place. There were about 3 parking spots available. I went to get coffee first before going inside the BBC - I was too hungry and knew I needed to drink something while I would be waiting for my food. Three (3!!!) minutes later my car was already being towed. I am not joking. I still went and got my burger, but for obvious reasons I wasnt hungry anymore. I doubt you feel like paying $93 to rescue your car from the tow truck in order to eat your burger. The worst is that BBC does not authorize the tows - tow company does it without BBCs permission.

I was coming home from work and I tried to place an order by phone at the Milltown store. I was advised I needed to hang-up and order on-line. I explained I was in my car and had no access to the internet, especially while driving, and requested they take my order over the phone. I was told no and that I could come in to order and wait for the food. If it wasnt for the request of my family for specific burgers, I would have gone somewhere else. I will not go there again. The fact that they would either have me pull over to the side of the road to use the internet or come in and wait, shows me they obviously dont want or need my business. Too bad as we live around the corner...

I really should have listened to the other reviews but I was craving a burger. Was basically ignored when I walked in and wanted to order. After a good 30 minutes (on a quiet sunday night), I finally got my food. I had ordered takeout but they gave me it for there. Burger (blue cheese whatever) was pretty sad. The patty was definitely a frozen block before being cooked and was low quality meat (two bone chips found) and the toppings were relatively tasteless. The only redeeming points were that the fries were delicious (because they were fresh and what held up the order) and they had whole wheat buns. There are way better options for the money on thayer.

I moved about a mile away from this place three months ago and fell in love the first time I went. Anywhere that sells fresh made Sausage Bacon Egg and Cheese English Muffins with organic eggs until midnight is the bomb. The burgers are also amazing, every one of my friends I bring is amazed at the quality of the food for the price, and experience. Nice friendly staff, very sanitary, amazing menu for a burger joint, seating for groups and a sweet little wrap-around bar while you wait, with a decent sized flat-screen. (didnt miss any important world cup moments!) Full 5 stars, Ill miss it when I move away this month.

Most bland burger Ive ever had. Ordered the Old fashion cooked medium. The "smoked" bacon didnt add any flavor and was hardly present taste wise. Cheese wasnt melted and burger was cold. The A1 sause and Barbeque sauces I added were, again, tasteless and they were watery so the burger was really messy. I can enjoy a messy burger if it was a good burger But it wasnt. The bread took over the burger and was just big and dry. Id rather go to Johnny Rockets for a better burger with 10times more flavor. Just dont do it. Or better yet do it and taste nothing for yourself.

I am a hard core vegetarian so a little reluctant to visit this place in the beginning, but I did go with my son and husband on a Sunday noon and was more than surprised with the amazing vegetarian (and home-made!) options they have for us : I had the home made black bean burger topped with an amazing bean salsa and their own BBC aioli, with a side of crunchy french fries (fried in 100% olive oil, so no guilt there). Needless to say that my carnivores were very pleased too (they have organic grass fed meat and luscious toppings) and we are definately going back!

The food is good parking sucks I went across the street to get cash from the atm and Im walking back to grab a burger theres a tow truck in front of my car I was gone a minute and half they wouldnt move their truck unless I gave them $93 it turns out they have a spotter watching the lot and a tow truck on the side of the building needless to say I decided not to eat there that night I could understand if I had walked up the street for another restaurant but this is an obvious scam I wont go back if I see a tow truck in the alleyway

As I am from Alabama I truly know a good burger, and with that beinformation said I also know a bad burger. Apart from the mediocre service and long wait time, the burger was the very representation of blandness. It lacked the juicy flavors and tastes one wants in a burger. Furthermore, and possibly even a worse burger making sin, it was served cold. No heat whatsoever. A Hammer would have been ideal to break the French fries to make them possible for digestion. This is an honest review of an absolutely horrible experience

Chicken Caesar Wrap with wheat bread is tasty and satisfies one hungry person! The price was okay, I was happier if it was one dollar cheaper with respect to the quality of the food and location. The server was a really nice person. The seats near the window have the view of Thayer street which is sort of nice. The place is not that good or fancy, but it is okay for a fast-food restaurant.

Went with a friend today for the first time and will NEVER be back. I asked for my burger rare, it was well done, no pink at all. Asked for no pickles, there were pickles. My friend asked for no tomato, there was tomato. The cashiers boyfriend was hanging out at the counter, taking all of the attention from the cashier, very unprofessional. A complete waste of money. Very disappointing.

I had one old fashioned burger in this place. The ensemble of everything was not great. Meat was not juicy, bacon was horrible. French fries were void in flavor. I also found that everything was expensive ($13). There are better places near Brown where you can have a very good burger paying less than here e.g. Harrys bar and burger. I am very disappointed.

Although many other reviews state that the service took a very long time, this is not the cause of my two star review. First of all, that for my order wrong. There was no cheese. I brought it back, and they gave me a cold cheese. My mother found a hair in her food. The burger was not juicy and tender. If you want a good burger, go to Five Guys.

Decent burger joint on Thayer --better than Johnny Rockets. They have some interesting exotic options alongside the classics and add to the menu regularly. Better as a take-out place however. The decor is okay, with a nice painting of Providence all over the walls, but the music is often obnoxious.
