Ive had lunch and dinner here multiple times and I cant find a reason to complain. Food 3 Piece Combo with Breast and Wings One of my favorite dishes on the menu is the 3 Piece Chicken with vegetables and black beans. Even the broccoli is pretty good. The chicken tastes scrumptious with fire grilled cooked skin. Chicken Tortilla Soup The Chicken Tortilla Soup is another must have. Lately Ive been enjoying it with a small side of rice and 2 to go cups of pico de Gallo all mixed together. Really makes an already filling soup a meal. Recommendations --+Very busy during lunch from 11 - 2pm. --+Great place to grab a quick bite on the way out of town. For fastest service come in from 3-5p. Right after the lunch rush and just before the dinner crowd.

I was treated with disrespect here by a cashier named geraldy,she was rude and whispered something derogatory about me being a white person.i may not be Latino but I deserve to be treated respectfully when I go into a business to eat. This is my 2nd time in this establishment, and my last. Too bad I really liked the food.

El Polllo Loco for me is the best chicken joint. They grill the chicken so its not greasy. You can have your chicken on the bone or off. In a burrito, bowl or shell. The best thing is the chicken totasda salad with the creamy cilantro dressing. The food is fast but it feels prepared not assembled.

I pulled up to the Drive-Thru 10 minutes before the posted closing time and I didnt get helped. I waited for 5 minutes and I just see a worker come out, look at me waiting and just drive away. Im assuming he was in a hurry to get home. Never again will I go to this Pollo Loco. Disappointed...

Good food at a fair price. My favorite are the burritos. Inside the store is usually clean, and they have a good salsa bar. Recently they did a store upgrade for a more modern look.
