KFC con el aire acondicionado demasiado frio para un español de gama media, es para HELARSE en 5 minutos. Teniendo en cuanta que Fresno en verano es un horno el contraste te puede matar :o) referente a la comida y servicio pues lo normal en un KFC, nada a destacar.

Hadnt eaten KFC in a number of years, and now remember why. The taste of the food hasnt changed in 30 years (used to work there), but my tastes have. Maybe its just my sophisticated palette ;), but there is so much better food out there. Having said that, the restaurant was clean, the guy behind the counter was nice enough, prices sure have changed in the last 30 years. The 2 stars are strictly for the food...

Ordered original chicken got what looked to be extra crispy. When i brought to the attention of worker.. said it was original and brought put another piece to show me. She said it is original just from different fryer. So was just over cooked. So 10 min later I get chicken from different fryer.. looked nothing like the 1st chicken.. why not just give me different piece..

Employee at the window made sure my order was right, was extra kind and actually took the time to make sure everything was correct. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service she provided to make sure I was fully satisfied. It was definitely a breath of fresh air to receive such concern and kindness from this employee.

Theres a nice lady that works there named Sacia who in my opinion is the nicest person u could hope to b served by either at the front register or drive thru if its her ur sure to to receive the best in customer service period oops n the foods great too :)

Just got back from a trip . I was suffering from jet lag, I told the drive thru lady this story and when I got home I found a free cookie in my bag :-) I feel a lot better

Website hours show that they close at midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, went on tonight and was told they close at 11:00. Fix your hours on your website!!!
