Stay far far away from this place!!!!! Tonight was the final time that any Popeyes in Fresno gets my money. Waiting 20 mins for Chicken Tenders that were old and stale, wasnt allowed to have dipping sauce unless I paid extra since I didnt order it with something that should come with it. Given hot sauce packets that were hopefully stuck together with honey and not something else. Total lack of Organization. With the exception of the Cashier that was trying to get a job from a customer working a street team for a concert staff was trying but you can tell Franchisee Owners havent invested in training their staff. They just want money and could careless about service.

After eating a meal at Popeyes at 4416 Shaw Ave in Fresno, CA, I went into the womens restroom to wash my hands and the water coming from the faucet was literally just a dribble! If customers cant wash their hands, how do the employees do so when theyre serving food to the public? If I had known that prior to eating, I would have walked out! It was disgusting to think I had eaten food that was unsanitary and unsafe.

Everytime Ive gone here they mess my order up. Seriously, youd think they wouldve caught faulty employees by now. They forget coleslaw or give the wrong amount of chicken or something. And the service is very rude and lazy! Popeyes has a good reputation but this location really makes me think twice about the chain...

food was cold and got the wrong order plus dinner area was dirty, I stood 5 min in front of the register for them to change the order and was never noticed, I had to get crazy to get my chicken lol and guess what it worked..tell you what never again! plus I drove 30 minutes to kill my craving ,it wasnt worth it!

The employees are a bit reluctant to give the customer what they ask for. When I eat fast food I want to eat it fresh. I always ask politely and say I dont mind the wait. When I came here they kept telling me they will warm the food up?? I dont want the food to be "warmed" up I want it fresh.

OK this is sad. Took an hour to get my order. It was wrong. In fact not one order went out right the whole time. Dining room was filthy. Gabbrge on the floor. Trash cans filled. Tables dirty. Very understaffed. Food was fresh and hot. Once I got it.

Omg my husband and I could not believe it! I ordered the shrimp tackle box special and he ordered the fish fillet. What a laugh! We looked at each other in disbelieve! Looked like we ordered a kids meal! Never again will we order fish there!

I like the friendly service.But the tables and floor are dirty because of piggie customers. The mens restroom is passible. The food is like KFC, or El Pollo Loco. Theres nothing Louisiana. I asked for beans, they gave me mash potatoes.
