I have always been satisfied with this location until now. My girlfriend and I waited almost 45 minutes just to get two famous bowls. 15 minutes of that was just waiting to get our order taken, and we were second in line. The cashier seemed like she didnt know what she was doing at all, and the manager was way too busy taking her sweet time, singing, ignoring her employees, and joking and playing around. We saw many things that were unprofessional, and believe the store could do better with employees that have a sense to work, and not to try out for American idol. Theres a reason you are cooking chicken.

My 11 month old son and I came in for a meal. Placed our order. It came out wrong twice. Staff did not offer any assistance to me,I am disabled in a wheel chair. No assistance with meal carrying or high chair for my son. Female staff members were busy flirting with the young boys they work with. Worst service I have ever seen from KFC in over 50 years.

I ordered the $20 fill up meal and was told that I would be getting, 2 legs, 2 thighs and 2 breasts. Instead I found 4 legs and 3 thighs. Im giving them 3 stars because they made it right by giving me the breasts the next day. They would have done it sooner but I was already 5 miles away.

I bought 2 sides which is like $5.00 had only half of the small container filled. My mashed potatoes were almost entirely made of gravy which when mixed together made gravy soup that was not good at all. Also while i wrote this reveiw my meger amount of food got cold.

I used the drive up window to order a 9 piece chicken tenders and was told it would be 5 minutes. I said I would wait and I was asked to park and they would bring it to me. After 11 minutes I had to call and remind them I was waiting. I am not a happy camper!!

We go there atleast once a week or depends of the mood.Bad chicken once in a while. Theyve been doing great.We were there just after 6pm last night Spend $23.58 Hot chicken$ 7.99 went to garbage very dry and old cant eat eat Already chicken not bad.

The people have no work ethic or pride in what they do. The service is the worst of any fast food restaurante i have ever been too - they keep people waiting just to finish a conversation - its no wonder when they employ the dregs of society
