Woe is me...I feel lower than a kangaroo with a pouch full of buckshot! My last visit was SUB-PAR! After an eight mile round trip... they seem to have forgotten my RB&R! Im hot! I call back, they say come get them now..., or on your next visit theyll be comped... Hmm. I decide to get them on my next visit, seeing as I dont want what I DID get to get cold... Wrong! Its too late. When I dig in I damage the roof of my grill. This fowl was Ashford and Simpson... Solid as a rock! I should have known the jig was up when I couldnt discern a pleasant aroma in the car on the way home(in addition to the bag being a little slight in heft). Being a skin man I relish the crispiness of the bite mixed with the succulence of the chew. Neither was pleasant...and the biscuits were cold. Need I relate how thoroughly disappointed I was??? From now on Im wont be "hungry enough to eat a horse", but "hungry enough to eat at Popeyes on Gosford and District"! On the plus side I paid $1.20 for four jalapeños... I received five! SCORE!!! P.s. admittedly the staff was fine, except the girl that kept trying to sweep up my feet like dust. In the face of the Sun I am dust, but at Popeyes Im a patron... Take your broom and scram!

Placed my order @ 945pm and they said they have no chicken. Thos is a chicken joint, ok understand you close in 15min. So i ask what do you have? "We have chicken tenders but no mash potatos" i under stand. Do you have redbeans and rice and buscuts? "Yes"... The order cost 28.95, fine beggers cant be choosy. Got to the wondow and waited 15min to get my order. only 2 bbq sauce and 2 sweet and sour for 12 tenders. May i have more sauce? Then i noticed i have no boscuts. " maam there are no biscuts in my order" .... They say "we dont have biscuts" at this point i want a refund. It took 15 min to get refunded. This got to be a joke, its hard to find workers who care about the customer anymore they knew i had an order with no biscuts and have allowed me pull off. As much as i like popeys i wouldnt eat another peace if this is the people they hire. Smh a waste of 40 min of my life plus 5min to write rhie post. Sad!!!

This place is basically a block away from where I work. The parking lot is confusing, you have to come in form behind Dennys and around to get to Popeyes. The first time I went in there, the biscuits (my favorite part) were old and dry. Everything else was good though. Last time I was there, I got a 2 piece + biscuit special for $1.99. It was perfect, probably better than KFC, and the biscuits were warm and flakey. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked well. The only thing is they wont give you butter/honey for your biscuit unless you specifically ask.

I have always loved Popeyes chicken except for this last visit. I normally get the spicy fried chicken, but this time I decided to get the chicken tenders. Big mistake! The texture of the chicken tenders was like eating rubber. I couldnt even eat them. Not sure if they werent cooked right or thats just how they are. Ill still go back, but Ill stick to the fried chicken

This business is clean and quick and friendly service I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great meal at a reasonable price the only thing that I didnt like is the pickles in the coleslaw I wish they would give you a choice to have them or not have them but there are plenty of other side dishes that are very tasty

This chicken is the best ... when me and my family went there for dinner the other day, it was a surprising dinner. The chicken was hot and juicy the biscuits where warm and the place was really clean. The staff were very friendly ...I dont know what else to say other then Ill come back to this place again.

Service was ridiculous, my friend got disgusting chicken and she went back to see if she could get them replaced and they denied her and she ended up paying for a new set ... Not only that the food wasnt all that great. Nice decor though

Service was horrible literally walk out with in the middle of ordering my food cashier couldnt answer simple questions about the menu she ask the manager and she would answer sarcastically. Ridiculous!!! If u hate your job then quit.

Pretty good portions of food that will fill you up! Chicken is good but I would prefer the fried chicken breast and wings over the chicken tenders. Plenty of side selection like mashed potatoes, Cajun fries, and Mac and cheese.

Superb chicken. Tatter mash and gravy is a must each visit. Not too crazy about the biscuits, often times a bit hard and they can be a bit thick to swallow. Mac n cheese all day!
