In my present situation Im unable to cook my meals so Im relying on whats out there. Ive been to Popeyes maybe twice that I remember and that was years ago while living in Florida. With that said I walked into this location to a very impatient crew who clearly had a problem with me trying to decide what I wanted to eat. There was no line behind me or I would have kindly stepped aside and let some one else go ahead while I try to make sense of the different combinations on the menu. The cashier should not be working in a public job, with every choice or every question I asked there was slight impatience leaning towards sarcasm. The meal I decided on did not come with a drink. I thought it came with, they would just hand you a cup. When the meal came I asked about the cup and was told the cashier rang me up for a meal that did not include a drink, not sure if thats common....not even with water???....anyways, this lady says, "Here", hands me a cup as if to say take the cup and get out of my face. If I wasnt so hungry I would have demanded my money back. The 3 piece chicken I got was mild alright....it wasnt hot, just warm in temperature.....just grease and no spice. It came with a biscuit and a small rice and beans bowl. The chicken pieces were tiny. The biscuit was the best part of the meal and it wasnt even that great. You got my $7 this time. I will make doggone sure you wont get it again. Im not sure if I was the wrong customer or if they dont like people coming in their restaurant but I promise you I wont be back to ever inconvenience them again.

I had been in and out of the hospital helping a family member and wanted to give Popeyes at the Legends Mall in Sparks a try. I went through the drive through and ordered my food as well as the sauce that I wanted to go with the chicken. I didnt check to see they put the sauce in the bag and realized that there was no sauce at all, including no ketchup for the french fries. I tried to eat my food without sauce and I couldnt finish the meal. I called the store and they wanted me to drive all the way back, even after I told them I was at the hospital. They were willing to make no other concession. I then called corporate and they were not willing to do anything about it as well as receiving no genuine apology. It felt as though I was hassling them. I will not be eating at Popeyes again.

Brianna and Alfredo and the rest of the crew working tonight were super great and gave such awesome customer service ..even when they ran of Mac and cheese they did their best to please my 4 yro son to something different and that was going the extra mile to even serve the toddler customer. This was my first time there I will definitely go back the food was delicious and I truly enjoyed my whole visit in the dinning area. I will definitely be calling their general Manager and give him/or her the kudos of how great his employees are and I hope he or she the G.M can give the crew from 080517 night shift a raise or at least a bonuses. Great experience and excellent customer service..

We have eaten here multiple times yet today was a horrific experience. The place was filthy, trashes all overflowing to floor, not a single table clean when only half were occupied. Watched an employee "clean" by wiping tables off by pushing crumbs on chairs and floors, then leaving it. Only wiped two of the 8 open and dirty tables. Then returned to kitchen without washing hands and began handling food. Horrible. With new chicken places coming to Reno you would think there would make more effort. They claim they are short staffed, but there were at minimum 8 employees visable. Sad.

I will first admit that I have a soft spot for Popeyes. I had it years ago when I was briefly living in the south, and fell in love with it. A million times better than that crap-shack KFC, and on par with most boutique southern style restaurants. Chicken is crispy and flavorful, side options are great, best sweet tea youll find in the area, and monthly specials keep it from getting boring. If you see the ghost pepper wings available, dont be afraid, they are spicy, but some of the best dry wings youll ever have.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that outside the bathrooms, this location has an additional sink available for anybody to wash their greasy hands. This is the first time Ive seen this setup, and it speaks volumes about the locations attention to the customer experience. The food was great too, especially the biscuits!

Soda is almost always flat. I ask for ranch but they always say they are out (probably because they dont order it). The chicken is a hit and miss. Sometimes super yummy & moist, sometimes really dry. Same with the biscuits. Overall, its better than Canes in my opinion!

This is a favorite of ours. However, tonight we ordered a 12 piece meal. The 12 pieces were 6 dried disgusting wings and 6 thighs. The potatoes had next to no gravy on them. What a big disappointment. It will probably be a while before we go there again. So sad.

My experience was unsatisfying, it does seem like there are young adults running the new establishment. I feel the place still has potential, there just needs to be a onsite manager who is able to direct cleanliness and maintainence.

Tried the new $5 box - I got the chicken strips and my hubby got the leg/thigh combo (but it really was a breast), red beans & coleslaw - great value! They are making up for the $$ with the drinks, medium for $1.99.

I have only been to Popeyes once, but I was very underwhelmed by the food. The chicken and fish that I tried were overcooked and tasteless. The coleslaw was OK but the "biscuit" was terrible.

Dont normally go to Popeyes. They managed to mess up our order. The wait times were awful as I can see these children just laugh and playing with their phones. Very rude as well.

The food is excellent! Im a big fan of the biscuits. I would have rated this five stars if there wasnt an eyelash (not mine or my husbands) in the food.

Food is good. If you are doing drive through, check your order before you leave the parking lot as I have been missing part of the order several times
