A mixed experience. First, the good: The dining room is a modern marvel: sleek, subdued, elegant, a spacious, high-ceilinged sanctuary punctuated with minimalist and tasteful modern art. The service is equally exquisite: Attentive, knowledgeable, yet unobtrusive. We selected the "Menu Elegance," a six-course tasting menu featuring lobster in "cold steam" (a theatrical presentation featuring dry ice-induced fog around the tender lobster), the restaurants signature artichoke and black truffle soup, and other delights. The wine pairings selected by the chef were excellent. We enjoyed it all . . . while we were there. The bad: We both got ill the next day, experiencing 24 hours of severe diarrhea and lightheadedness. Was something tainted? Was it just that we arent accustomed to such rich food, including the amount of truffles and truffle oil in several dishes? We dont know. The ugly: We called the restaurant 2 days later to report our experience. While the manager listened politely, and said he would speak with the chef, we never received any call back, nor any explanation, much less an apology. We were not seeking any compensation. Things happen. But the lack of concern or followup with patrons left a bad taste in our mouths. Spending over $600 just to feel ill -- and then not have the management appear to care -- is not our idea of money well spent.

I was travelling for business in Vegas so I came a day early just so I could snag a table on a Sunday night and it was amazing! This was my first 2 michelin star experience and it was worth it! The wait staff was extremely attentive and had no problems letting me savor my dishes and do a little reading while course after course came at a steady pace. On top of all that, they have a GIANT BREAD CART they wheel around and suggest bread and butter pairings that can go with your dish. For carb lovers out there...nothing is better. Overall, the food and service was phenomenal and definitely appropriate given the hundreds of dollars you are going to spend for a tasting menu and some wine. If I have one minor complaint its just that it seems the era of fine, white table cloth french dining is slowly coming to a close and the places getting the absolute best press seem to be doing things just a little bit less stuffy nowadays. Did this detract from my experience? Not at all...everyone should be lucky enough to have a chance to eat at a place like this. Definitely worth a trip in Vegas and definitely one of the top handful of choices for a true foodie!

Great service, very corporate decor, fun food and texture combinations. This is definitely a solid 2 Michelin Star restaurant. The Artichoke Soup was AMAZINGLY INTENSE and delicious! Definitely the most memorable soup I have ever had. The coconut desert had a very neutral and pallet cleansing taste with all of the texture and temperature elements in one dish. Very innovative! Unfortunately, for the money, I did not feel compelled to return next time I am in town. I will say that I enjoyed the food at Guy Savoy much better than Joel Robuchon.

If based only on the food, this would get 5 stars. Unfortunately the service was somewhat pretentious, they were "too french" their english was unintelligible, but they always tried to be kind. Tried. We ordered the 14 course tasting menu, and the dishes were excellent... but we were there almost 3 hours!! Not to mention it was not inexpensive, we paid $2,500 for 4 persons. I enjoyed the food but I would not go back ever again. If you want a truly good french restaurant with good service go to Joel Robuchon´s instead.

Absolutely stunning food and amazing service. The restaurant is tucked away from the casino hubbub and feels worlds away from Vegas. The decor was rather plain. The food was superb. There is even a "bread pairing" with recommended breads with each course. The price is more than offset by the little free extras: several amuse bouches, a wonderful dessert trolly of petits-fours. It was a once in a lifetime dining experience, and we loved it.

Very good. Very expensive like every other French restaurant. I liked the carts for breads and desserts. At first I thought the food wont be sufficient but there were enough complementary items which were delicious. There were some surprise dishes also. $150 tasting menu is enough. Dont order anything extra. We ordered a soup and felt its too much.

This place was serving us pieces of art that had deliciously rich flavors. The service was excellent and the view and atmosphere cannot be beaten. This is an excellent selection for a special dinner out.

Excellent tasting menu. Mushroom soup and filet were each extraordinary. Cheese plate disappointing for a French restaurant. Service extraordinary but also uneven.
