Dakota took our order this afternoon, and was incredibly aloof and inattentive to our needs. When we ordered our order to be to-go or carryout, she plated our meal for in-house dining. When I told her we wanted it to be to-go, it took her 25 minutes to place our food in boxes, which she did without gloves. In addition, she repeatedly adjusted her hat and ran her hands through her hair, in between handling our food. The reason it took her so long to box up our food to go was because she stopped what she was doing at least four separate occasions to talk with various kitchen staff members, enjoying jovial conversation such as noting a cook had shaved and "how weird" he looked, along with shouting at other kitchen staff about the duration of their shifts. When we received our order, we found most items to be incorrect, but instead of wasting more time we didnt have, we had no time to fix what should have not been a complicated issue. Very disappointed with Dakota and the Popeyes on Dodge in general. Will most certainly not return, and I genuinely hope that location closes down permanently.

This place would get ZERO stars if I could do it, or even better, NEGATIVE STARS. I went here for the Buy 8, ,get 8 free Mondays promotion, and I could not BELIEVE how slow they processed orders. They would take orders from 2 customers, wait for the cooks to process and cook the food, then take two more orders. I was in line for a good half hour until I got to the register, and the cashier told me to wait, as she did things around the restaurant. She took my order, and it took ANOTHER half hour for the order to be filled. The cashier was so inclined, and gave me a free order of cajun fries, which were VERY salty. The chicken was hard and SUPER crunchy, and I nearly broke a tooth biting into the hard crust of the chicken. It was my first time going here, and believe me, I am NEVER going to ANY of the Popeyes EVER again!

This locations food is decent but 9 out of 10 times it isnt worth going because of the employees. I went in tonight and a gal named Shawna took my order. When I got to the window the total was much higher then I expected so I kindly asked her why and she immediately snapped at me and told me what I said when ordering. Then she pulled another employee in and said they heard you say this too so thats what you said. Um....pretty sure I said it so I know what I said. Was a super simple order too. She then got irritated that I asked her to change it as if I was going to take and pay for double my order just because she said I ordered it. Super unprofessional and she clearly does not know how to treat customers. I have had experiences like this several times and it just reminds me why I make my own food and eat at home.

Every time we visit this Popeyes on Dodge St. In Omaha, Ne, they never have anything we order. Tonight it was the butterfly shrimp, oh sorry we dont have that! Other things they have been out of popcorn shrimp, mild chicken, coleslaw, rice and red beans! Also they never have the specials that are advertised! While we sat there tonight one of your employees brought in a pizza and ate it in the dining area. Also the place is filthy.

When i came into Popeyes their establishment was very dirty!! Trash literally overflowing out of the trash bin and floor covered in trash although one employee was in the process of cleaning up it was still just ugly! I also had to wipe down my booth not cause im a neat freak its because it was just not clean.. If you want some chicken go threw the drive through or somewhere else..... Im not even going to eat i lost my hungry. Sad

Drove through the drive through and tried to order 12pc meal. The voice on the other end kept trying to tell me that the 16pc was a better value (In a very snottty tone). When I said I just wanted the 12 piece she again very rudely tried to tell me how stupid I was. I told her to forget it and as I was driving away called me an A**Hole

Being a location next to KFC youd think they strive to be the better chicken house, which most of the time is correct but when you pay for extra sauce(BBQ) and dont receive any... There chicken is just dry and blah. Might as well go to McDonalds where when you pay for your extra sauce its THERE, at lease the initial sauce will be!

One of the best Popeyes locations. I really enjoy eating here. There has only been one time that my order has been incorrect. The employee realized it and was at my table in under 60 seconds with the correct food. Restaurant is clean and employees are excellent.

We had wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes because they said they were waiting on our fries. When they brought out our food they didnt even give us everything we ordered so we had to go back in anyways. I would not recommend going here.

Dont use the drive thru. Nothing is ever ready and youll be asked to wait in the parking lot. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE BEEN THERE.
