Ordered gizzard combo and paid for order. Manager then came to me and told me that they were out of gizzards. I joked that is like a chicken restaurant running out of chicken. The manager then credited the entire order. I explained that it was not necessary that i was only joking and would pay for my order but he wouldnt let me pay. (Now I feel guilty) Kudos to the manager. I love Chicken Express and am a returning customer and will continue to come here. Chicken is awesome and gizzards are the bomb. The ice tea is uniquely flavored, tastes like there is cloves in it. Delicious.

I am a regular customer here in 91st South Memorial. The chicken is good I even invite friends to try it.The first and foremost problem is the poor customer service. The workers are not friendly and even mean to the customers when taking an order at the counter.Hope the owner of Chicken Express is aware and make an action regarding my comment.

Good food. It was a bit of a drive out of the way but well worth it. I wish there was more across town. I only heard of it because I am new to town and was trying a nail salon out and during small talk he said if you like chicken you will like chicken express. And we did. My husband and I can both eat for like $14. Cant hardly do that ever..

The chicken tenders are second to none. They are a bit on the salty side but have an incredible flavor. I get the 7 piece tender everytime and always end up with a snack later. The corn poppers are awesome. They have a really good honey mustard and jalepeno ranch...try this place!
