The absolute worst Kentucky Fried Chicken location Ive ever been to.and Ive encountered it more than once! Consistently bad service. Theres incredibly slow drive-thru service and its even slower inside! Either way youll have a wait of at least 10 - 15 minutes. No air-conditioning today in the building so they had huge fans blowing on the workers in the kitchen. It was of no surprise to find a long hair in my mashed potatoes since there was huge fans blowing onto the workers. I felt bad for them, but management shouldve shut it down since the heat index was over 100 degrees today. Never, ever, again!

All the employees were in the back room...we stood there and waited no one, no one than some one came out to wait on the drive through but not us.i asked," were you all in the bathroom?" The manager said," no I was in the office" Question, where were the other 3 slackers???

I went through the drive through at this location. They had me pull forward and I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. When they brought out the order, there had forgotten utensils, napkins, butter and honey for the biscuits, and the sauce that was requested.

Most KFCS in Omaha are terrible but this one takes the cake. They service on customer at a time so they report great metrics to corporate. Last time I was there I saw other customers walk out as the service just to take the order was so slow.

I went in tonight to grab dinner for my family and the team was amazing. It seemed like nothing was going well for them.but they still accommodated the customers . You guys rock . This is the 2nd visit and the first visit was great as well

Explicitly asked for butter and honey 3 times, by the time they had my order ready. A long line was in the drive thru and the lobby was closed. No napkins, utensils, or condiments, were in the bag as asked.

Horrible service first we were told the food we ordered wasnt available after already paid them so we get home and whole order wasnt there dont recommend and we wont be back
