I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. They could really care less about their customers. We placed an order at 8:45 one night (we are always conscious about what time restaurants close and we try to refrain from ordering close to closing time) and they closed at 10 pm we figured it would give them plenty of time to make the food and deliver. They said it would be 30 mins which we were totally okay with. 9:54 rolls around and we still have no pizza delivered so we tried calling no answer. My husband drove down there at 10pm(closing time) to see what was going on and they said "oh yeah its sitting back here". So you didnt plan on delivering my pizza???? The most terrible thing of this all is that the MANAGER was there when it wasnt delivered and didnt have a care in the world! HORRIBLE!!

The restaurant recently changed owners and went downhill fast. Dishes arent washed quickly, so they hand out plasticware and to-go cups even when eating in the restaurant, tables arent bussed quickly, and service takes eons, not to mention that it just seems dirty in there. Literally watched the waitstaff walk over a piece of pizza that had been dropped on the floor near the buffet for 15 minutes - it was still on the floor when we left. Used to be a really fast, friendly environment with pretty decent food, but cant say that any longer. Gave it 4-5 tries under the new management, but will likely not be going there any more. Try Adrianos, instead, if youre looking for pizza in Glenwood.

We go here about once a month and they are yet to get a single order right for carry out. Either something small like the wrong seasoning on fries, or something bigger like order chicken taco pizza and getting beef, getting buffalo chicken pizza where they FORGOT THE BUFFALO SAUCE! This place has gone to heck since ladena left!

Unwilling to feed a stranded, hungry person because l was 8 minutes away at the Bluff View Motel. Apparently, service and care for a fellow human is not to be expected by this company. Unbelievable. Never going to Pizza Hut, and l would only go to their disgusting establishment if l had to anyway.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They can never seem to get my familys carry-out orders right and from what Ive heard they barely pass health inspections. Spend the extra money to either go to the other pizza place in town or just go out of town, itll be far more worth it.

My friend and I arrived and had to seat ourselves and waited about fifteen minutes then left because no one came to wait our table. Keep in mind there were only two other tables that were heading out and the waitresses stood behind the counter watching.
