Started with yummy chicken pot pie soup. Also ordered broiled salmon and dry ribs. Husband and I both enjoyed our choices. Liked the peach salsa with lemon pepper on the salmon. Husband found tender ribs easier to eat with the BBQ sauce in a container. Topped the meal off with warmed bread pudding with rum sauce. The Lodge Restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the extra special touch is the great service by the friendly young ladies. Glad we stopped.

The food and service are always good here but please make sure on cold days that your fireplace is on ... it was absolutely freezing in there today. Never experienced this before but the group I met for lunch said that its been like this alot lately - both men and women.

After years of coming in for breakfast with my grandparents I finally understand the true beauty of this place! Its been around for 30 or so years but the Lodge is a place where everybody knows your name and youre always greeted with a smile :)

A bit of a hidden gem in Kearney. I dont know why I waited so long to eat here. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was good and the prices were great. The chicken fried steak and prime rib are very good. The staff was excellent.

When we arrived we were slightly unnerved at the fact that it was empty. However we were pleasantly surprised to find both the service and the food to be excellent (not to mention cheap).
