Good food. Horrible service!!!!!!!! We ordered an hour ahead of time. Went to pick it up at the appointed time and waited another ten minutes with no apology. Got home with sandwiches 15 min later and they forgot a sandwich. Went back and they just gave me the sandwich with no apology or anything. Ridiculous!!!!

Idk why it took us so long to try this place! Sandwiches are a step above other sub shops, with choices that are not available elsewhere in Kearney. Maybe a bit more pricey, but worth it when youre craving say...a corned beef sandwich. Not piled high like an old fashioned deli, but flavor is there.

This low rating has nothing to do with the food everything to do with the staff. The wait was long, people lined up to the door and the cashier is taking a personal phone for another employee. There are to many other places in Kearney to eat and not deal with such bad customer service.

Waited 25 minutes for 3 sandwiches with nobody in line ahead of us. Food was cold when we did receive it and items were missing so we had to wait in line to request them again. Several people who ordered after us got their food before us.
