Havent been to a local Quiznos for over a year. The kids working there were very friendly but forgot to tend to our food causing my sandwich to burn and they forgot to charge us for a sandwich we ordered cause they forgot about it in the oven. It was sitting there for a good 5-10 minutes. The food was delicious but it seemed like they needed some help back there to care for our food and focus on what needed to happen. Id go there again but would need to make sure to let them know to not forget about our food.

The local store is almost always staffed with good employees, and they are almost always on point with the service pace, this is fast food after all. They lose me on a chain level, the menu has some nutritional land mines. Healthy hack the menu, and when you are in the neighborhood the toasted subs are hard to pass by.

They do not make sandwiches properly, skimpy with all toppings its like eating a piece of bread only. They didnt acknowledge me when I came in. My sandwhich was dry and I will not be back again. It needs to be quality quizznos across the board and it was run like a run down deli.

This is the WORST sandwich shop we have ever eaten in. Staff was so extremely rude, the food was flavorless, and the prices were outrageous. Save your money (and your stomach) and eat at Subway.
