The store gets 5 stars all the way from me no question about it. However, on 5/20/17 at around 12 noon, I went into the store to order a sandwich. An obese woman and her brat daughter were in front of me and there was only one poor guy working his a-- off trying to make this fat slob her 10 sandwiches. She then proceeds to tell the guy to (hurry it up.) Im sorry, but maybe you should try going on a diet for a change, lose that snobby attitude and start training that little brat kid of your to stop staring at people. I hope you read this and it soaks into the brain you have behind that ugly face of yours. If you want faster service, go to the McDonalds down the street and pack on a few more pounds, Slob. I can only imagine how whipped your husband/boyfriend must be. That is of course he is still alive and you didnt eat him for dinner the night before.

Horrible Service in the Tempe location. Out of turkey, out of cucumbers, out of meatballs, out of ham, nearly out of everything and this is at 1:30pm on Wed. Regardless, I decide to give them my business and choose a chicken sandwich. The person behind the counter makes a roast beef sandwich instead even though I asked for a chicken. He proceeds to tell me that I told him that I wanted roast beef, then asked me what else I wanted on the sandwich as if he assumed I was just going to pay for it now. It is not my fault you botched your delivery service and now have no food offerings from your own menu to your customers. Their food is VERY generic, its just a sub and nothing special from a subway or any other sub shop. The Kitchen is incredibly dirty and the staff is also somewhat grungy.

My Gf ordered online as a guest and even called in to confirm that my cheese teak had been successfully ordered to be delivered for me at work as sweet gesture. 20 mins pass still no sub...we both call in and are told there is no history of the order. So I get no lunch and the staff on hand offer no solution nor so they offer to take a new order and deliever. Very unhelpful and bad customer service. No one wanted to take ownership or help. Food may be good but you pay for what you get in service. Cheap sub Cheap Service. As a manager up the street at a call center of about 700 people I will be removing their flyers off the business boards at our operation.

Terrible service. Every time I order they mess it up, 3rd time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Instead of offering to remake my incorrect sandwich they asked me if I wanted a credit. Why would I want a credit?! I want the food, Im hungry! So its my hope they they do as I requested and just pay it forward with the "credit" they offered as I sit here with no lunch since I dont trust them to make another order in the future. I wont be ordering from you guys again..... the customer service from the manger is terrible. I honestly would avoid this place, plenty of other options in the area....or just go hungry, that is also a better option.

I have always loved mom and pop sandwich places. I found this one by accident and its changed my life. I grew up in Maine and there is a similar sandwich place up there that used to be good before they switched owners. Goodcents is what that sandwich place used to be. The food is good. There are buffet friendly options and daily specials. If you want to try something thats no less than stellar, try the chipotle Cheesesteak. Its everything I have every looked for in a sandwich. If you dont know what you want, they ask the right questions and make the best suggestions based on you. This place does not disappoint.

Food is always good but service is always questionable. For example, today i ordered over the phone and was very specific with how i wanted my two different sandwiches. When i went to pick it up and got back to work and bit into my sandwich, it was right but missing a couple of added items. The 2nd sandwich was identical to mine and the original ordered one was complete opposite. I then checked my receipt and it clearly states the order i gave over the phone but sandwiches were wrong.

I have been here several times and always liked it, but I was incredibly impressed by the catering order we got for Labor Day. Unlike most places that we have gotten catering from, it was just as good as a normal lunch order. They also had condiments and toppings for the subs, as well as plates and napkins all packed up and ready to go when I picked it up. Everything was great, and well definitely be coming here again.

Forget all of those lesser sub places. This is the place to go if you want the best sub sandwiches. Unlike the other sub franchises, this one uses freshly cut meat, freshly (and incredibly soft) bread, and freshly baked delicacies like cookies and brownies. The will also toast the bread upon request. I must warn those who have not been here yet that once you go, you will no longer like the competing companies.

Ordered online. Print out said 45 minute delivery time. 1 Hour and 10 minutes later they showed up with this: 2 Cold Meatball subs with cheese that was not melted. We asked for "Toasted", got non toasted. Stale bread and taste was displeasing. No one answers the phone there. It goes to a recorded message. Claims they are busy with customers. Will NEVER order from here again.

Every time I go in there the counter where they make the sandwiches is filled with old pieces or lettuce and other condiments and they dont use a sheet to put your sandwich on so that its not touching that dirty cutting board. Idk how this place is still getting business I will not be eating here anymore!

Their Italian sub is soooooooooooo good! I cant review any of the others because I keep ordering the Italian. If you plan on visiting more than once, get a punch card. On Wednesdays they have cards, at the register, that are good for free drinks or free cookies/chips.

Always great tasting subs whenever I get the chance to visit. Meats are freshly cut in front of you and the bread is always freshly baked. The price is a little more than your typical sub chain but way better taste in my opinion. They also offer pasta as well.

Good sandwiches, the chocolate chip cookies are awesome. The garlic herb bread is my favorite, its got a soft crust, and thin airy inside, not too much bread, theres more meat in the sandwich than bread and the garlic herb flavor is just right.

Sandwiches are great but the cleanliness not so. Some employees clean the boards & prepping area with rags and when they are done they forget to change their gloves before making your sandwich.
