This grocery store is unbelievably huge plus so much to do so much to shop for. Lots of bulk, meats at good prices even cheeses as well as the area for the coffee station and candy stations as well as seasonings. You can literally make your own seasonings in a jar here or bottle it how you want. What makes it better is everything is fresh and my gf absolutely loved the section with the chocolate. She was like a little kid at the candy store haha she even cried a bit for it i dont know why but it was cute. Overall this grocery store has made a lasting memory for us both and we will be coming back to shop here. Thank you Winco foods for being awesome and doing everything you can to maintain a clean perfect healthy working store for everyone. BTW this is a new update. To anyone who has credit cards and not a debit card just giving you a heads up yes they dont take credit cards but they do take Debit Cards and certain gift cards not all of them. And hear me out on this please...please please please....they do not do chip but you can slide your card it will work that way. Lastly the very reason why they dont take credit cards is so they keep the prices as low as possible. If they took credit cards all your groceries you buy(literally everything in the store) will go up by 3 percent in price. I was told by management myself its the very reason they do. All those extra added fees would make a big difference on your grocery order.

Best grocery shopping experience! You wont find huge variety for all your items, but thats normal with any store - you either shop multiple stores to get all the specific brands/products you love, or you find an alternative at your regular store. But with so many "general" options, you might feel slightly overwhelmed on your first visit! Wonderful bulk products section, similar to your health food stores, but way more offerings - including fresh made peanut and almond butters, bulk spices, even pet foods! Full service bakery, super fresh produce, fantastic fresh cut meats - theres too much to cover in this review. And great pricing because you bag your own groceries. Frankly, I prefer it - theres nothing worse than carefully picking out the best produce, then watching the cashier bounce it down the checkout counter and/or the bagger throw it in the same bag with your canned foods. So, you just have to check it out for yourself - I guarantee you wont be disappointed! P.S. And full customer service offerings, like money orders for only 30 cents! Happy shopping. :)

The store is clean and well laid out. I love the products that they have, and their produce section and bulk foods are amazing. Much cheaper then you would find in most stores. The meat section is lacking, & I find the cuts and prices at the Safeway on 7th street and Thunderbird are better. They also dont carry some items that I buy on a frequent basis like Gerber multi grain rice cereal. With the exceptions of meat, and rice cereal I do the majority of my shopping here. My son even wears the Winco brand diapers. They are softer than Huggies, or pampers. He doesnt get a rash, and at $13 for a box you cant beat it.

Very nice WinCo Foods, I think theyve done some remodeling since I was last there it looks a bit different, more like the other stores. The last time I was there it kind of look like a Costco or something. They have a good selection of reasonably priced groceries and you can always find cheap milk as well. I highly recommend WinCo for saving money, I left with a full weeks groceries almost, four bags full, for only $57. And many of the items I bought where bulk and will last a long time! Items such as coffee WinCo brand snack size potato chips, and juice boxes that will last Almost 2 weeks.

Oh my goodness! When I lived in Gilbert, I watched the first store go up and had no idea the amazing treasures inside. One of my co-workers actually explain to me what a "WinCo" was, and its been Splendid grocery shopping ever since. It is the a great medium between the traditional grocery store and the warehouse stores. In fact, I dont go to "grocery" stores anymore. I shop mainly Costco, Sams Club and WinCo. Works great for me!

I do most of my shopping here, however if you are thinking about doing so my main advice would be to very thoroughly check produce. It doesnt keep very long so plan on cooking/eating whatever you get within two days. It seems like they buy produce that other markets would indicate as "expired" or past the "best by" date. They are not marked this way but most fruits always go bad very quickly and fruit flies are often seen.

They have a bulk by the pound section. That have things like rice pastas, bulk sugars, bulk candies, bulk dried fruits, honey, etc. They have bags of rice flour (they are kind of catty cornered between the deli and the end of the produce section). The staff are wonderfully friendly. They have an incredible selection of seafood (and their salmon is great for home made sushi).

Went to cash a check and was completely ignored by keven in customer service. He was having a conversation in front of me and even helped another customer before me. Me complaining isnt going to do anything but I still want people to know. I will never shop there again. I loved winco because of the prices. But Ill take my business elsewhere. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

Rude employees! Extremely high turnover as far as employees and management. Worst deli of all the grocery stores... Deli meat just bunched up and shoved in a bag. Smart Ass employee told me " as fresh as they are going to get " when I asked how long ago were the chicken strips cooked. Prices were good when the first opened, now just as high as the other stores.

The prices are great! The store is clean and the employees are great! Its also an employee owned company. You support a West Coast business and the employees when you shop here and not at a regular nationwide chain. I love WinCo! Wish I had one in the town I moved to. Oh! And the folks in the deli make us fresh wings when we ask! Cant beat the price!

It was my fiance and my first visit. I heard good and bad things. But i loved it, i enjoyed the items i could bag myself and how much we saved compared to Wal-Mart. As an ex employee of Wal-Mart i am starting to stop shopping there overall. I liked how i coukd bag my own items (no more chemicals with food or eggs with cans)
