This restaurant is fantastic, and I know because I pretty much go here once a week. The service is always excellent and the food is always fantastic. That being said, a lot of the food is a somewhat Americanized twist on traditional Asian cuisine. However, having had a lot of the real deal, the food here comes very close to what you would get in a traditional setting (with regards to the traditional counterparts of some dishes on the menu). Theres really only just a bit of tweaking here and there which actually enhances a lot of the food that is served. The atmosphere is very nice, but the place can be crowded on the weekends (Friday through Sunday) so Id recommend going as early as 5:30 or 6 if you want a little silence because around 7-9 the seating is pretty much sold out! The dishes can be fairly inexpensive or very expensive. I consider an average price of $12 for any dinner (excluding tip) to be very reasonable, and most (90%) of the dishes come in at this price range. A lot of the specials can get expensive ($16-18 range) but if youre up for them, theyre (without a doubt) amazing. That being said, the highest priced items are mostly delicacy type things. The lunch specials come in around $8-9 and are ESPECIALLY good. The specials also give you a sampling of what is on the larger menu (usually a combo of sorts). In the overall, this place is absolutely brilliant. I would recommend it to anyone who comes through Bozeman. Having grown up eating a lot of different ethnic foods, it is definitely a taste of home for me :)

My family stopped in over the weekend and we experienced the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. I have heard many wonderful things from friends about how good the food is, and that is where the problem starts. We never even got any food, let alone service!! The girl who brought us to our table seemed to have a very snotty attitude, no big deal maybe she was having a bad day? We were looking over the menu and thought to ourselves... wow its been a long time since anyone has come over to take our order. The staff almost seemed to ignore any sort of eye contact and would not come over to take our order. Eventually 10 minutes had gone by and I had to flag down an employee who was swiftly walking by as if trying to avoid us. We told him we had been waiting for well over 10 minutes to get any sort of service and he handled the situation very poorly. It was almost like he could care less, I asked him if we could order and he said "Oh... I guess I can take your order." We promptly left and went right downstairs to Copper where we had food out in less time than it took a Sweet Chili employee to give us the time of day. Like some others have said in these reviews, remind your staff that the customers are the reason they have a job. I will not be returning may as well go to McDonalds for service like this, I wish it could have been recorded.

Traveling as tourists, we finally found a good review restaurant and drove all the way there. Ordered my favorite TOM YUM GOONG. On my 3 scoop, chewed on a hard thing and pricked my gum. I first thought it was the shell of the clam but after I took it out from my mouth, I was just disgusted. It was a hard plastic and the 2 ends were pretty sharp. I called my server and would like to have a word with the manager. The manager came, after I told her this is horrible, I wasnt expecting this from this high-end place, she started repeating my words and laughing with the server... I asked her why are you laughing, she said:"I wasnt laughing at you." Okay? THEN WHAT ARE YOU LAUGHING AT? At first the manager denied that this was from their restaurant, then she said its probably from one of their plastic saucers bottle in the kitchen.... Yes, I would second that...Then she just left... I felt really sick by just thinking about that plastic boiling with the soup that was brought to my table... Felt like vomiting. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone...Just not acceptable....

Some of the most careless and rude service I’ve experienced in my life. We had made reservations 6 hours in advance for 7:30. We arrive there at 7. We wait patiently in line for half an hour as they seat people who had just arrived clearly without any reservations. When we finally get ahold of the hostess and explained to her we had made reservations, she just looked at me with this condescending smile and said “OK I know, you will be seated soon”. Forty minutes later we are still being ignored as they continue to seat other people. Please don’t give your business to these people, there are plenty of other establishments on Main Street that have WAY more sincerity and respect for the customer; not to mention integrity. You can tell just by the amount of “A Google User” reviews on here that these people are trying to artificially increase their score just to make it seem like it’s a classier place.

We planned for a nice dinner. Due to the fact that we were traveling 90 miles we made sure to make reservations. We showed up 30 minutes early and were told we needed to wait out in the hall until 7:30 when they were expecting us. What a joke - we came back 5 minutes early and waited another 20 minutes - we never were seated ..... everyone was disorganized and they kept saying they were trying to straighten it out but we watched a couple walk out saying this was the second time their reservation was not honored so it seems like a pattern..... not a one time event. We walked across the street to Rice and had a wonderful dinner. From now on we will go to Rice for Thai food and Daves for sushi.

I love this restaurant. The food is always original and so tasty, and I like bringing my family here and getting out for less than a fortune. The last time we were here our server, a short blonde girl. gave us the best service. My 12 year old son thought she was "the best waitress ever" and in the car pronounced her "marriage material." Our only complaint was the food was a little slow coming, but it was hot and terrific, so I think maybe the kitchen was a little backed up? Hard to say, the service made it worth the wait. Also the atmosphere. One of Bozemans gems.

DO NOT eat here. Dont be fooled by the reviews. Food and service were good had a lunch special today. It was a special alright! ! Ive been puking and havent been out of reach of a restroom for 8 hrs. Only thing i ate all afternoon and morning was this place. Lets be clear. I am not from bozeman nor do i kbow anyone who works here. Only eat here if youd like to have your inside turned about like a sumo wrestler playing your intestines like a bongo drum. He who made my food, there is a special place in hell for you.

This place deserves all 5 of the 5 stars possible. Not only is the cuisine superb, the service is impeccable, and simply could not be better. April was our server and timed the meal perfectly, filled our glasses regularly, and made sure to ask several times if we needed anything. The soft shell crab was sumptuous and sweet and spicy at the same time, my wifes Pad Thai was the best she has had anywhere. Who would figure on great soft shell crab in Montana? This is a can not miss restaurant
