This place is horrible. Ive had Panda other places and love it. But avoid the one in Bozeman! We went to Panda at around 3pm on a Sunday and the food and employees were awful. First they were out of the honey walnut shrimp. The guy who worked there proceeded to say they werent getting more shrimp until three days from now. The employee taking my order was spacing out and avoided all eye contact. I waited to order till he looked at me. He never did, so I had to awkwardly say "excuse me, Ill have....". Not only were they out of the shrimp but Orange Chicken and Sweet and Sour chicken. They werent even making any more, they were completely out of it. They also were out of soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce which was weird. Even so, no one did anything about it. There was no management taking place at all. All of the employees were lazy college kids, hardly working even with all of the food not available. As we ate, people came in every 2 minutes and the employees did nothing to make up for the lack of food available. The floors were unswept and the garbage was overflowing, so much so, that you couldnt even throw away your plate. I honestly should have just left when they didnt have the shrimp.

I am super excited to have this place in town, and close to where I live. The first time we went (last week) the crew was able to easily deal with the crowd in a timely, organized manner. Today, it was a crap show. We were there for nearly an HOUR in line. The cooks werent moving faster than a snail to prepare the food that the line was asking for, they were standing around talking etc. The line was pretty good, there were four employees there and the guys handled the crowd with great communication skills and with a calm, professional attitude. There was one gal that was just FRAZZLED and was a bit snippy not only with the rest of the crew, but with the customers. We ended up waiting after paying for an additional 15 minutes for shrimp that were already made...I had to walk back through the crowd to get the rest of my food. Sadly, after the hour of waiting, the gal had placed one of the entrees sideways in the bottom of our bag spilling the contents and sauce all over the place. I will be back, but they definitely need to work on dealing with a crowd, they will be busy for weeks to come.

I was happy to see a Panda Express come to Bozeman but this place was a big disappointment. Food was okay but employees lack basic communication skills. Did not get what we ordered, then (over)charged us for some thing we did not order or receive. I notified someone we did not get what we ordered and that we were charged for something else and they admitted we were over charged "but not very much." Had to talk to three different employees before any one offered to correct the mistake. Did not offer to refund amount over charged but they offered a replacement meal and when we returned a few days later to get the replacement meal they still didnt get it right. We were just trying to order a three item combo with one side, nothing difficult or out of the ordinary. Food was good except the egg rolls tasted like they were fried in really over used oil, had a little taste of everything that was ever fried in the entire restaurants history in one bite.

I stopped eating here when they opened because of the bad customer service and rudeness, however the past 3 months I have decided to eat at Panda and I have to say its much worse. The two people that try and be in charge Oliva and Angilica are the worst at handeling customers and employees. I dont see how they were not fired long ago. And the supposed "Manager" just lets things happen like a wuss... he also seems very fake as well. Every single time I have came in, I have either been overcharged, food was very cold, bad service and waiting longer than 20 minutes during lunch and dinner. Safe to say I am truly done with this place and reporting this restruant to their Management.... Out of all the wonderful places to eat in bozeman even other fast food places, why has Panda been the worst experience for most people??? I gave a good try with this place... what a big dissapointment...

The food is good if they have I available. Twice now Ive been in and was told it was going to be about a ten minute wait for all three items I wanted. Today was the most recent time and lunch had just started. I believe it partly due to being short staffed but I dont know how they can be out their most popular dishes at 11:45am. As long as your not in a rush or have to get back to work it may be ok, but the point of having a fast casual restaurant is that it is fairly fast. The staff here as also been very rude both times Ive been in. The first time the young man mixed up my order and when I informed him that tray wasnt ours he stated "Does it matter". I usually give restaurants several tries before writing them off but I think this place ruin it for me.

Not the person to post reviews however several times Ive gone to this location and been greeted with absolutely deplorable customer service, most recently an employee named chana made my friend as well as myself feel like we were being an imposition by ordering food she constantly spoke downwards towards the counter so we couldnt understand her and was incredibly rude, I understand that its not the businesses fault that this perticularly frigid employee gave us some of the worst customer service in Montana but we have gotten the same service e from other employees a few times. I can promise you I will not be returning or recommending to even my worst of enemies

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! I moved here from Missoula and first time I ate here and swore this place gave me food poisining. A few friends of mine and people I met in Bozeman said they worked here and hated it, they also informed me that the staff doesnt even check the temperature of food and theres been a number of times they served expired meats. How Gross! I recommend not eating or working here the place has been failing sinced it opened, people get fired or quit from left to right, and the staff seems to always be arguing with each other. What a toxic work environment!

Some of these reviews are pretty harsh... yes, they are slower than other Panda Expresss ive been too, but they are new. Its to be expected. Also, looks like they have been getting rid of a lot of people and hiring new to make it better. so they are improving. The food is typical panda, better than any other chinese in town. I think its pretty good!

when they asked a customer if his meal was "for here or to go" im pretty sure he gave a long hard look at me eating my fried rice alone in the corner before saying to go. still a great meal though. would recommend the honey walnut shrimp. definitely worth the extra $1.25

Food is lukewarm and service needs improved upon. They are definitely slow, now I think they are probably still learning since they just opened, but they have a long way to go. Service is very slow.I can get better Asian food in Bozeman for cheaper and less hassle.
