Anyone who thinks that this place has good food has horrible taste. Completely sub-par. Crab Rangoons had almost no stuffing to speak of. Lo Mein was barely palatable. BBQ Pork was described to us as "Boneless Ribs". Not even close. They use the same pork trimmings in every dish that contains pork. And it was certainly nothing special. Twice Cooked Pork was described as containing garlic, lots of red pepper, etc. Yet, there was no garlic flavor at all, and almost no red pepper to be seen. Ive had better food in far filthier restaurants. Then to top it all off, the prices are ridiculous for the quality. I realize Vail/Avon is expensive, but you should still get what you pay for (on a sliding scale). Dont waste your time, money, or appetite.

Been there 2 separate times one time I went at around midnight (sense it said theyre open till 2) received no service walking in. Then we asked the bartender if they were still serving food and he gave us a menu in the most abnoxious way. It seemed like it was the bartender and 6 of his friends in there it was very unprofessional, later I heard him tell his buddies its not his job to babysit, we walked out. Went again recently during dinner time at around 5pm and received the same service which was none.. dont go here if you want to eat food and be treated like a person. Unless your friends with the bartender your not gonna have a good time.

This place is awful. Stay away. After a long day of hiking we were hungry and tired and just wanted some decent Chinese food, but this isnt it. The person taking our order was pretty rude (as if we were putting him out to take our order) and not helpful with the menu. The chicken is basically McDonalds quality, and the beef was dry and over cooked. Also, if you do take a chance, dont forget to ask for rice as its not included with your take out meal. Nothing was mentioned to us when ordering, so we ended up with no rice.. Id give it a 0 or a negative rating if this site would let you post it.

If youve had a long day of traveling... youre looking for somewhere to eat at 10:00, DONT come here! Everywhere else was closed and others told us to go here because they were open until 2am... HOWEVER no where did the website say that ALL the building doors leading to the reaustraunt were closed at 10:00 and you could only get in with a key card if youre staying at that specific lodge. IF YOU HAD POSTED THAT YOU NEEDED A KEY CARD TO GET IN, ON YOUR WEBSITE, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL...

Terrible, ordered Walnut shrimp family size $19.95. Waitress said that family size was more than enough for 5 to 6 people, not true. It was more like for 2 people if anything, like 20 small shrimps and the walnut was not even cooked with the shrimp they just put some walnuts on top of the shrimp. Restroom super dirty, toilets clogged, water in the floor. Not sanitary at all. Stay away from this place, they overcharge you and place is dirty.

Ordered as take out. Just awful. Food was soggy. My duck with pancake and hoisen sauce was just all chopped up with boes included and lots of fatty skin - with no crisp. I know Chinese duck is often srved this way, but to serve it like this with pancakes makes no sense. Couldnt even separate the meat from the bones and skin ot load the pancake. My wife has a sweet yucky sauce just poured over soggy fried shrimp. Never agsain.

I was ripped off once here during the off-season. 27.50$ for the orange chicken to go. Manager checked me out and the portions were small. The food was good though. I have since gone back and like the atmosphere of the place. Small and intimate. Its a nice little pocket in avon that is good if you need a quite meal somewhere thats not too expensive. The service has generally been good too.

Love the atmosphere here, they always have great music playing. They serve food until 2 AM which is awesome, I think its the only place in Avon that serves food that late. Their late night happy hour is the best! 2 dollar hot sakes, cheap beers and cheap appetizers. the bar staff is really nice too! Would definitely recconmend this place

A change of ownership has done wonders for this place. I found the beef to be of a high quality compared to other Chinese food Ive had in the past. Although a small detail, the fortune cookies tasted like vanilla ice cream, which was a nice touch. Turns out the night life here can be quite busy also, considering its location.

I cant give 0 star. Very disappointed. Pho soup was light in flavor. Looks like they add water to it.The veggies are past and dry. We had fried rice and chicken broccoli....the meat was cold and the rice old ( dry). I will not go there again....i will take McDonald over this place.

This place is dirty and the food sucks. Dont be fooled by the cheap beers. Hopefully they will not be around for long.. By the way, all the positive reviews were posted under former management. The new owners are terrible!
