Im not sure why the Dynasty Chinese Restaurant had to move, but when they did they found a new location, a new name, and a brand new niche in the Las Cruces restaurant marketplace. If you ever went to the Dynasty Restaurant and liked the food there, you will also like this place because as far as I can tell it is owned and run by some of the same people. Their food is served hot and fresh in a respectable amount of time. Any place within walking distance of Las Cruces High School (Go Bulldawgs!) has to be pretty fast. With their background in serving hot/fresh buffet and entrees back at the Dynasty they have moved on to serve a faster paced crowd. If you are looking for something with better quality and a cleaner restaurant than places such as Five Brothers Chinese Take Out(which I like) then give this place a try. It has a lot of the dishes youve come to expect from a Chinese place. So I havent told you specifically about the food? Yeah. Go try it. They are cheap and quick enough for you to take a chance. I did, and Im glad I found them.

I was a regular customer for around three months since moving to Las Cruces and loved it every single time. However I had a bad experience recently where they cooked all life out of my Orange Chicken that I had ordered and when I brought it up with the Manager she really seemed to take it as a shot at her ego. I was sort of dumbfounded by the fact she was so emotionally shaken at the fact that I did not like the way the plate came out so I figured it would be foolish to try to have them remake the dish since you never know what they will do with your food back there when they dont like you. So I asked for a refund but she refused and I asked her if this 7 dollar tab was worth losing a customer. Needless to say 7 dollars was worth more to them than any future business they could have had from me, my friends, or family because I am never going back to an establishment who treats their customers like garbage. Id avoid this place like a plague.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced and terrible food. I ordered the Kung Bao tofu and lo mein. The tofu tasted expired, the sauce was thick and disgusting in flavor, the lo mein was bland and worse than any fast food noodles Ive ever had. When I brought this up with the waiter he had the manager come out and instead of offering another dish or refund she told me "There is nothing wrong with the food. Okay?" And then I was charged for this dish that I had only taken two bites of!! Their reasoning for charging me was that they are a "small business and dont offer that service to the community." So youre in a service industry and you dont offer customer service???? I will never eat here again. I was very excited to try this restaurant because they had vegetarian options, but was severely let down. If you dont want to get ripped off I recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Just ordered from this business for delivery.for the first time ever. It was never disclosed on the menu or by telephone when placing the order that they charged a $5 delivery fee!! We realized after looking at the receipt that the total was a bit inflated when we calculated the amount plus tax was a lot less or should have been. When talking with the owner she could have been like "you know what I will credit this back to your card, or will give you a free desert next time since you didnt know," or something like. DO NOT EVER order from these people. Owner was rude and her reply was "Well then dont order here again then!" Terrible service!

This local place is OK, but severely OVERRATED. I literally just ordered my food (4/27/15 at 12:30pm) and Im writing this as I reluctantly finish my food (because Im not wasteful). Panda Express is better. I ordered: Two Item Daily Special. My Entrees were the Peppered Beef (which was bland, absolutely no flavor, the meat was disgusting) and the Sesame Chicken (which I can totally taste the MSG). The Noodles were horrible. Overall, I recommend staying away from this place. Go to Panda Express, or The Chinese Kichen (over on Missouri and Telshor). Hope the review helps!

The customer service here was great. They make you feel right at home. I only had one issue and that was the way that the rice tastes. It had a taste like it was a couple of days old, yet the texture was fresh. I told my waiter about it and he replaced it with new rice that tasted similar. He reasssured me that they had just made the rice that day. I suggested that they do a through breakdown cleaning of their rice steamer because that may be the problem, and also so hopefully no one else has to eat old flavored rice. Other than the rice everything here was great.

Ive ordered here a few times and never disappointed. Ive done carryout and delivery and all have gone smoothly. The food is perhaps the Best Chinese in Las Cruces im not aware of any competition other than those "fast food" chinese joints whereas this is real deal authentic chinese food cooked to order. Everything i have ordered from here has been delicious. Works best when i dont want to cook, as if i could could curry shrimp and fried rice at this price anyway~ Not the newest restaurant on the block, and thats a good thing. Enjoy your meal.

Fast delivery. Ordered the Almond Duck. Was a little greasy but duck usually is. Lots of flavor. The fried rice lacked flavor. The Crab Rangoon was done properly and they included sweet n sour sauce. Alot of places skimp on this little thing, they didnt. WHO PUTS ONIONS IN EGG DROP SOUP. This got dumped in the toilet, and my hotel room reeked of the stuff all night. Bleh. Stay away from the EDS. All n all, Ill probably order from them again.

Some of the best Chinese food in New Mexico. If you want American Chinese food, it is very good but if you want real Chinese food youre not going to find anything better outside of a major city with its own China town. You cant go wrong with the Cantonese pan fried noodles, Beef Noodle Soup, or Peking Duck (order 24 hours in advance). You can tell that the owners really care about their art and the service was outstanding.

Food is ok, but the service is terrible!!!! The owner is rude and has no customer service skills, and the delivery fees are outrageous. If I could give 0 star I would. We used to eat there a lot, was my sons favorite Chinese restaurant but due to the bad customer service we will no longer be eating there. Our new favorite place now is oriental palace. Way better service and welcoming environment.
