I have eaten here several times, but yesterday I ordered take out and it was ready within 5 minutes of me calling. It was about 20 minutes of them closing, and I went home- all the egg rolls tasted old and all of the tops were burned. I got bad food poising- dihharrea and vomiting all night and currently. That was the only meal I ate that day. I went around noon today and just wanted a refund of what I paid. The man said okay but the lady was very very upset and said its not fair to them, they had no complaints last night. How can you possibly have any complaints in a 15 minute time window. I also was told I should have brought the food back earlier. How does an hour after they open the next morning constitute sooner? Its not like I brought it back weeks later. I was speaking quietly so no customers could hear, not trying to scam them because once again- i have eaten here many times, and sadly 5 minutes after me calling the food couldnt have been fresh. Horrible customer service even if I did get my money back it was as if I did something wrong.

Do t eat here I found Nats flying around my food and a dead fly in my rice!!! This was the second time I ate here. Most of the food seems fake to me I rather eat at the Wok, Panda Buffet or Chinatown instead of here. Not to mention I almost threw up in the parking lot from it all and I had food poisoning from the place. Please dont eat here! If you like Indian food I highly reccomend Mirch Masala! There place is amazing and I honestly believe they should take over this place. Once this Chinese place goes out of business. Really do we need another bad Chinese place here theres already so many Chinese places and only one authentic Indian food place thats better than all the Chinese places combined! Plus I had bad service the lady that work there was very weird not to mention she scared me peeking her head over the bar and getting close into my personal space while taking my plates. It was just so weird.

i live in Bozeman, and although I eat most of my meals at home, I eat at Bamboo Garden every couple of weeks. I like the food, and cannot understand why one of the reviewers does not----could he or she possibly be confused about where he or she was? The buffet is occasionally out of something I wish they had, but there are plenty of alternatives. My spouse needs low salt dishes, hence almost always orders from the menu, so I do too, fairly often. The chefs are glad to prepare items with no or very little salt, the service is always excellent, everything always tastes great, and, in short, I recommend the place.

I came here with my girlfriend for dinner seeing it had decent reviews. When we went in we were promptly sat and were offered menus or buffet. As we were going to go to a movie afterwards we decided the buffet option. Pretty much all of the trays were empty, the food was rather cold and quite tasteless. Once we had finished our food the check was just shy of $30, having only gotten water and sub-par food I will confidently say im not coming back

I ordered take out of fried rice and pepper beef and when I got home and opened it, the beef had more onions than peppers and the fried rice smelled like a dirty gym bag. That was the second time I had less than acceptable food there. There will not be a third time for me. In light of the recent health violations at The Wak Chinese restaurant on 7th, I am concerned about the cleanliness at Bamboo Garden.

Not bad at all. The foods pretty good, with an exceptionally wide variety. This and Chinatown are probably the two best places to eat, but the Bamboo Garden has the best lunch, no questions asked. Great food, great taste. As for the other review, Im pretty sure that hes part of the Wok, with a bashing like that lol. My only con was they didnt have pot-stickers, but hey, you cant have everything in life.

If you even consider this complete and utter trash to be edible you have got to have some sort of disorder. Yeah sure, there is some food that isnt the highest quality but still not too bad, this is far far below that. This is not chinese food, this is not food. Go to the Wok - it is the only reasonable chinese food probably in Montana.

They didnt deliver the menu I requested, there were no noodles in my chicken chow mien, just onions & chicken, & there were two hairs in my General Tsaos chicken, one of which was cooked right thru the middle of one of the pieces of chicken. I am sick to my stomach. Ill never eat here again.

Decent food. Portion sizes are large, but it is still on the pricey side. I recommend the steak rice, hot and sour soup, hunan beef, and the lo mein. If you order for delivery be prepared for a long wait-- Id say at least 50 minutes, but Ive had it take up to 90 minutes on some occasions.

Got there at opening time and they were not prepared to serve the buffet for about 15-20 minutes. Once they put the food out for the buffet, about half the food was cold. And the sodie pops were flat. The staff were nice though. But I wouldnt eat here again or recommend to anyone else.

Very tasty. Fantastic for bigger groups with the buffet. For families, everyone will find something to eat and enjoy. Plenty of more americanized offerings. Self-serve ice cream and drinks are included with the buffet, making this a family favorite (even if not a gourmet one).

We had the buffet, the food was exceptional! S/S chicken wàs great seemed like it may be made in house as opposed to frozen, spring rolls as well seemed made in house. Many many great items on the buffet!! We have been to the other Boze spots this one is cleaner and better!

While it might not look the best from the outside it is very clean inside. The food is great, I would recommend ordering from the menu rather then getting the buffet. Service is very friendly and the food aways comes fast. I would highly recommend the lemon chicken.

Could not eat the main course. So salty and lacked any flavor. Paid almost $50 for appetizers and 2 main courses that we were unable to eat. Left with my stomach in knots. Also the egg rolls and crab wontons dripped with oil!! Literally got sick driving home.

Authentic Chinese restaurant with friendly attentive staff. We ordered off the menu instead of the buffet. Everything was cooked to order so it was hot, tasty and fresh. Highly recommend! They had quite a few selections for the vegetarians in our group.

I tried the buffet, very little choices & poor quality food, I woke up at 2am with stomach pain, I dont like to leave nevative feedback, but you deserve it!. I hope you do listen and do better. If you like Chinese, go to Panda Buffet, Best in town!

The buffet food was very fresh, and flavorful (But not overwhelming or too salty), very kind and attentive staff. Low price for the quality and service. As chinese buffet enthusiasts - maybe even connesuirs, BELIEVE ME, we will be back. The best.
