If I could give it zero stars I would. I went with my two year old son and a couple friends on 12/5/15 and we all ordered at the same time. We waited for 35 mins and then 2 of our meals came out, both missing fries and one not correct. We waited another 10 to 15 mins and I asked how much longer it would be for our nachos that we ordered and they had no idea what I was talking about! They hadnt started frying the chips for the nachos and they hadnt started remaking the messed up order. Meanwhile people whom had ordered well after us had received their food (with lots of other mistakes as well). It wasnt very busy and they seemed to have plenty of employees, even though most of them had no idea what they were doing. I went back to the front and asked for refund since they hadnt even started making our food yet and the manager (a larger, dark haired woman) didnt even look me in the eyes and just took my card, swiped it, and gave me the receipt. She never offered an apology or anything after they completely forgot our order. I cant believe this is the way they do business. I was excited to see that Fuddruckers had opened back up, but am severely disappointed in the way the business is being ran now. Even more disappointed that my two year old didnt get dinner until very late because of this horrid service.

Lets start with the bacon. It was lower quality than you would find at a motel 6 continental breakfast. It was so overcooked and dehydrated that it exploded into sawdust when I took a bite. Not bacon flavored sawdust but sawdust flavored sawdust. I upgraded to elk burger, which proved to be a mistake. It was perhaps the most flavorless burger I have ever eaten, and it was dry, and terrible. I decided to splurge and ordered the chili cheese fries. When they brought out our meal they told us that the chili was burnt to the pot, so theyd started a new batch and would bring it out later. It was kind of them to offer. Unfortunately when they brought out my chili cheese fries 15 minutes after my party had finished eating, the chili was still frozen through parts. I tried several different flavors at the soda fountain. I did this in the hope that I would find a drink that was actually carbonated, and not super diluted. No luck, they were all flat. When I told the cashier she just shrugged. I asked her to upgrade my drink to a milkshake since the fountain drinks were undrinkable. She overcharged me. The entire experience was frustrating from the time I entered to the time we left. The employees acted very unprofessional. The food was terrible. Save yourself a headache and skip this place.

Was excited to try out newly opened fuddruckers. The guy up front took out order I ordered a beer but must not have been 18 because someone else had to get it, but he rang us up. There were 7 workers on shift at 5pm. Tables were not cleaned. Floor was discussing food under every table - straws an napkins . Ordered a burger an a turkey burger. We watched whom I assume was the manager on duty ringing up other customers then went right back an started cooking. No gloves !! Yikes! They put ice cold mushrooms on burger. The gal had long greasy hair hair not pulled back. Thats a no no! Burgers were tasteless used a lot of salt jus to get flavor an we dont use salt! Sweet potato fries were tasteless ugh not going back! Were not fd snobs but that was discusting! We wont be back. If there was a zero I would say they get it. So they get a 1. Get it together bc in this twn u will be closed on no time.

We took a cheer group of 15 girls here, after plenty of time for them to work the kinks out, and had a rough experience. The lady making shakes (18 maybe?) was yelling and being rude and disrespectful to the older lady ringing me up, because she was slow. At least she got it right! NOT ONE OF THE SHAKES WAS RIGHT! I asked for grilled chicken, got breaded. watched as every worker in there was playing with their hair, then touching the food. no hair up, no gloves, nothing! the manager was standing around yelling at everyone....the older gal came over to us, apologized for everyone in there and said she was ashamed at our experience and this is not how they usually are! I believed she was sorry, but I feel they shouldnt have come back at all, new owners or not. gross, rude, disrespectful place. wont be back

WENT TO THE NEWLY RE-OPENED RESTAURANT! Guy that took our order looked uninterested, confused, stoned, or maybe a combination of all three. When we ordered a beer he stared long and hard at our selection as we pointed at it (a good 30 seconds) (Is anyone in there?). Paid $25 for 2 burgers, one fry and a $6 IPA. Beer is too expensive considering we can go downtown and get the same thing for $4. Burgers decent, but not worth the price. Atmosphere the same as the old Fuddruckers. Some of the tables were not cleared and just sat unattended. Guy that poured our beer at the beer counter needs to be retrained. There should not be 3 inches of foam on top of the beer. Probably wont go again.

Im surprised by all the negative reviews. Ive dined at this Fuddruckers four times since they re-opened and have had a positive experience each time. Twice weve had take-out and everything was ready when we arrived and perfectly bagged with enough empty containers for condiments. I should note that were a family of seven. When weve dined in the newly re-opened restaurant, its always been a pleasant atmosphere, clean, and the service was quick and friendly. I can only compare this Fuddruckers to one we visited in Texas and this one, by far, is superior and the food is fresh. The buffalo meat, a favorite, is free-range, grass and grain fed and 100% antibiotic and hormone free.

Things started off good, and ended up great! Three of us had wheat buns, but the heels were very hard, and practically inedible. When my wife brought to the managers attention, he offered to make new burgers. We opted for replacement buns instead, and he surprised us with a card with $25 on it. We already enjoy eating here, but a $25 card proves they care when they make a mistake, and will do what it takes to keep us coming back.

I have been going to Fuddruckers restaurants for over 20 years now. This one in Bozeman is not the best I have been too, but it is very good. The menu is full of choices, the burger toppings bar was clean and well stocked, the drink selections were good, and the atmosphere seemed pretty good too. The best I have ever been to was in Southern California, but this one is pretty close.

This place is doing everything wrong. What a shame...dirty run-down bathrooms, freezing cold restaurant, clueless employees, mediocre food, high prices, confusing tap room area. I thought this would be a good place to grab a burger and a beer..more like a sports bar. But instead I found a disappointing fast food joint. Maybe I had the wrong expectations, but I will never return.

Exceptionally disappointing. The food took over 30 minutes and they got our order wrong. The beverage station was untidy and without ice tea. It took the bartender two tries to poor the right beer. Its too bad, the food is good. But the rest of the experience was terrible.
