Went thru drive-thru the other day, placed our order for a couple different items, I noticed they got it wrong on the screen as i was ordering and corrected them, and they fixed it on their end promptly. Drove up to the window to pay, and was greeted by a girl (named Aimilee?) with great customer service skills... she smiled, repeated our order to make sure it WAS correct after the mix up while ordering.. she got our order together and made sure we had all the sauces and ketchup we wanted, and we got a very personable smile as she said goodbye. When we got back to the house, the order was all there, it was all the correct items, and it was really tasty, hot & fresh! Thank You for the great experience Burger King... we will return.

Been to this location 3 times recently. First time got chicken nuggets that were terrible, old and hard. Went back to either get fresh nuggets or refund, girl at the drive thru window with multi colored hair was extremely rude the whole time. She was mocking me the entire time I was there and right in front of me. Went back today because I figure hey maybe they were busy, got a double cheese burger with a hard bun and covered in ketchup and old hard french fries. Only plus about it was this time the lady at the drive thru was nice... I wont be going back. I will be driving an extra 10 miles to the other Burger King if I want it... So disappointed.

My kids n I walked in to buy some burgers to take out and there was an employee standing on the out side of the counter with a prescription bottle trying to hand it to his wife who was running the drive through. He couldnt get her attention so he threw the bottle at the drive through. I can be a kind of a laid back guy but, prescription bottles thrown from the dining room to the drive through didnt seem to be real good practice to me. Especially with my kids watching the whole incident. Not sure ill be back there.

This Burger King location is always clean when I go. The pace is a little slower as the staff are nearly all older persons. The staff is friendly and polite and the food is always hot and fresh. So far they have even been great about allowing more than one coupon per transaction and even allowing you to hols on to the coupons for later purchases.

I saw on the window "Buy 1 get 1 free whopper" and thought it was gonna be a great deal. It was $3.84! Thats an outragous price for one sandwich. I ended up getting two of the dollar bacon stacker things, and they were so messy they dripped on my shirt. Also, when I left, I said bye to the guy cleaning tables and he completely ignored me.

Because they didnt order enough 20once cups my drink from my combo was put in a smaller cup. So Im expected to pay for there mistakes. I got ripped off. I will never go back there again. By the way it was the general manager that told them to do this. They need a new general manager because this doesnt care about there customers.

The food is great but Im getting really tired of the pull up to the front and we will bring out your food bs. Now I just forgot to ask for BBQ sauce and when they come out and hand me my food I have to wait for them to come back instead of just handing it through the window. All because they want to work on their drive thru times

This low rating is difficult for me to give this BK, simply based on the food only but food that has been in holding too long is not so good. Ive been to many BKs that I would give a 4 or a 5 to. The drive thru service is fast and accurate.

Went to buy nuggets at like 11am and they where not fresh. Must have been there sense they opened. Usually they make them super fresh in the morning sense everyone is ordering breakfast but not this time. Super disappointed.

Got horrible food poisoning thought it could be the flu tried again a couple weeks later got it again.....will never return. No way they are following food safety guidelines at this location at night. So disappointed.

Nice people good service the only thing that upset me was the size of the burgers. The sandwiches shrunk. The food is not as good as it once was, but service is great. I miss working for the Burger King on the trail.

Fries are almost always fresh here. You can always ask for fresh food, usually they are happy to do it for you. Very clean, people seem to enjoy working here, or at least are very good at acting that way.

The updates have made a massive improvement here. Most of the staff is polite and helpful. Food is what I expect for Burger King.
