If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would! Went there last week. Restaurant was empty yet service was AWFUL! We had 3 different servers, none of which introduced themselves. Food was way overrated. When manager came over just to see how food was I said mediocre and he said "Terrific, I am glad the food is great". Last time I checked mediocre is not great. After waiting 10 minutes for the bill, I gave the server my debit card, waited over 7 minutes for him to return. I signed the credit slip for $20.50 and left. The following am I checked my bank account and found 3 charges from Zinburger, none of which were the amount I signed for. Called my bank to see what was going on. They verified that my card was swiped 3 different times. They advised me to put a fraud alert on my card. I then called the restaurant spoke with a manager who was extremely apologetic and said she would fix the charges and Doug the GM would call me Monday am. I was satisfied. Monday 4pm still had not heard from Doug and still had all these charges on my account. I called and asked for Doug who came to the phone and said "Oh I meant to call you today" I explain everything to him. He promises me it has been taken care of and will drop off my account. He confirms this with an email to me and tells me to keep him posted by Thursday. Tuesday still have 2 of the 3 charges. My bank says if 1 has fallen off the others should have too and probably will not. I email Doug and inform him of this and he says "The charges WILL fall off." He says to contact him Thursday. I agree. Thursday I email him because now the charges are no longer pending but final, he writes back saying it is his day off, he will call my bank Friday. I tell him I want to speak with his boss. At this point I am furious. His boss Amber calls and she has all the emails that have been exchanged and says she is going to investigate and get back to me. She does and tells me Doug was incorrect and the charges were never removed. I asked what was going to be done, she says she credited the amount back and would make this a learning lesson for Doug. UNACCEPTABLE! He was rude and disrespectful and the company refuses to do a thing about it. Doug called me the next day and was so rude to me until I finally hung up on him. I asked to speak with the restaurant owner and no one has made that happen. I will never go back to any FOX restaurant again. They stole from me and that is all there is too it.

My father & grandmother loved their burgers & I loved the flavor of my Tuna Steak Sandwich but I ended up with BAD "Tummy Problems" approximately 3 hours after eating, which is the average time for a person to be effected by a Pre Formed Toxin in poorly handled food. STICK TO THE BEEF. Neither of my family that had the beef had the intense cramping/pain & diarrhea that I did. Price Wise... WTF? $5.00 for a SINGLE order of French Fries? Regularol Fried Potatoes? WTF!!! The Zucchini "Fries" were OK but zucchini is mainly water so the flavor was good but the texture was squishy & odd. If I were doing zucchini fries, Id slice into sticks then salt them in order to pull out most of the moisture before breading & frying them. Less bulk in the product but a texture that isnt almost slimy. This is a "Trendy Place" for retards to be seen & be able to say they ate Kobe Burgers. Its the equivalent of P.F. Changs... Over Priced Hype & Nonsense for stupid, dead eyed people with too much money that have a pathological NEED to be able to say theyve been to a trendy spot before their friends.

Zinburger is a fun and modern restaurant aimed at pairing gourmet burgers with fun drinks. The casual, modern, and relaxed atmosphere is instantly enjoyable. Zinburger has a few locations and their well-executed formula is likely to appeal to many. Their trademark Zinburger consists of Manchego cheese, zinfandel braised onions & mayo. The burger has a very rich and creamy flavor to it, which would pair perfectly with a glass of wine, or their house made Zingria. Keeping it to these simple ingredients makes the texture and manageability of the burger quite good. While the flavors of the burger were amazing the bee could have been a bit more flavorful, and the bun a little more full of life. Overall, Zinburger has a very good product, but it is not shooting for a spot on the top burgers in America list. However, if you are looking for a very fulfilling burger to relax with over a fun drink Zinburger has mastered this concept

8 people for 5:30 pm reservations. Celebrating 3 birthdays. Food is always good but tonight Tuesday the service sucked. We received 6 burgers and one truffle fries in somewhat timely fashion. Thats where it got ugly. Two salads and 1 truffle fries didnt make it to the table until the people with burgers were finished approximately 20 minutes later. After that the last two truffle fries arrived after burgers were eaten and people were aggravated at the very bad kitchen service. No managerial apologies yet as were now waiting on deserts. Isolated incident possibly but none the less very embarrassing for the entire group. Update; our very apologetic server who was very good, comped all truffle fries and 8 deserts. Thank you, I certainly hope the behind the scene "support and kitchen staff" gets it together. It was unfortunate that there was no apologies from the restaurant manager on the poor kitchen performance.

The service I had from the bartender was great. However everything else was quite concerning. 1. I order some fries with cheese sour cream and bacon, and the fries were stale almost like they had been over cooked and left out too long. 2. My burger had a hint of flavor that suggested that the beef was old and over its expiration date or had sat out too long. 3. I witnessed a server pull a lime out of a box with a tooth pick, and ask another server to put it on a diet coke for another table the server he asked then grabbed the lime and cupped it in his fist and walked to the back and put it on a diet coke. (since it was already on the tooth pick why grab it with your hand?) 4. (not necessarily their fault) It was freezing in the restaurant it was colder inside than it was outside. The worst part is I paid over 30 dollars for this meal, I will not be returning.

Overpriced and underfed. Their "Basic" burger is Ten dollars and if you want a drink it is three dollars. And, to be frank, the hamburger did not send any signals of joy running through by body. It was good but not *that* good; an average burger. Service was slow but it was lunch time. Still, it was more than 5 minutes before we were approached for an order. Having only been once, I can not say that this is the norm. But you only get once to make a first impression. I can not speak to all locations but the one on Grant was impossible to have a conversation in. The noise level was very high. We wound up eating outside just to escape the clamour. So, poor service, average hamburger, impossible to enjoy company and you leave with both your wallet and stomach less than full. Not a repeat for me.
