My husband and I went to Red Lobster for our wedding anniversary. We go there a couple times a year for special occasions. We have always had good food as well as awesome service. WELL NOT THIS TIME!!! Our waiter Daniel H. was absolutely the worst. My husbands steak on the plate was not the steak he ordered and it took another 1/2 hr. to get the correct steak to us. The waiter stated that he talked to his manager and they were going to take care of it. Ok we can accept that. During our meal (mine was now cold waiting for my husband to get his meal) not one time did the waiter come to our table and ask how our dinner was nor did he ever stop and ask if we wanted our drinks refilled. Then when we get our bill, they didnt take the steak off as the waiter stated that the "manager" was going to take care of it, all they did was take a couple dollars off!!! Manager.....was there a manager even there???? Wouldnt know because we never saw one nor talked to one. Our 12th wedding anniversary dinner absolutely sucked and was very upsetting to say the least. We have been going to this restaurant for years and cannot believe what occurred this time. I know you are going to have ups and downs at restaurants but we never have at this place. I know that Red Lobster will never read this and/or respond and thats okay because like I said Manager - what manager!!!! Seems prices have gone up and the food/service has definitely gone down the tubes and that is such a shame!!! :o(

The best seafood restaurant ever... As long as you dont live on the coast somewhere (if thats the case, Im sure there is much more of a variety of specialty seafood restaurants with much fresher food and probably a gorgeous view of the ocean too). What makes Red Lobster great, besides their classic Cheddar Bay Biscuits, is the variety of special month-long occasions (or "Fests") throughout the year, depending on the season I believe. Events like "LobsterFest", "CrabFest", "All-you-can-eat Shrimp", just to name a few, not only offer discounted prices, but also give you a wide variety of combination platters that are always different from year-to-year (Not all of them, as there are a few of their most popular dishes that are included every year). The downsides of Red Lobster as most people probably already know are of course the high prices (that seem to go up little-by-little every year) and the unavoidable wait times for a table, which are about 45 minutes on average during the dinner hours, but Ive been told it would be an hour and a half before and promptly said, "Screw That!" and went elsewhere. But, if you have the patience to wait and money to afford it, it is hands down the best place to go on special occasions if you want to experience absolutely exquisite seafood. I recommend the "Ultimate Feast", however I think it goes for around $30 these days.

I would not reccomend this place to anyone simply because of the terrible customer service skills. I had dinner there on 9/15/11, my servers name was Jon. He was the WORST waiter I have ever experienced, never once did he ask how we were doing or if we needed anything. The only thing he did was give us refills which were rudely slammed down in front of us. Food was ok, definately not the best quality sea food. Jon rang it up wrong and took about 15 minutes longer to get the other half out to me, not once did he appologize. Later we were waiting for our boxes, and he passed our table numerous times with the boxes in hand continuing to help his other tables. Finally the manager came over and realized we just wanted our boxes to leave, seeing we are unhappy she hands them to us and continues on with her business... to top it off as we were walking out the manager was standing outside having a conversation and as I pass her I comment about how sh*tty the service was, to see if she has a reaction, but no she just continues on with her conversation. NEVER going back there, I knew we should have gone to Chesterfield!!!

Red Lobster has clearly gone downhill. Beer bottles outside, outdoor ash tray was overflowing, the exterior was pitiful. Our waitress wasnt that friendly, and did the infamous; holding the class from the top. Waiting for the appetizer, took forever. Apparently they changed the rolls recipe too. For the worse might I add. Also the table light is incredible dusty. Who knows how much of that got into my food... Main meal is taking forever too. Erm. Oh! Yay! My food got here. Welp, the food was ok. Not the best. Not the worst. All in all, it was a long wait, not that good of waitress, and food quality was not too good. Having said that, ALL Red Lobsters are not bad. I happen to love them. Just THIS Red Lobster was not that good.. So try and find some place else if you are still reading this. Second visit; I went back to give them another chance. What a mistake. We sit down and get back up. We sat there for awhile wondering what to get while noticing dust all over the light the side of the chairs and the menus. It was horrible. We left, Im done with this location. They need some serious renovating done here.

Food was good, service was good up until it was time for the check. I paid cash on the tab, and included an extra $10 bill in the money holder in order to get smaller bills for a tip. The waitress picked up the holder. She then came back a minute later and asked if I needed change (would prefer her to just bring it back). I replied yes, but she only brought back $3 in the money holder. I asked her about it, and she said she assumed that the extra $10 was her tip. She then brought back the $10 bill and I had to ask her for change. She made the whole ordeal very awkward and unpleasant which ruined her otherwise great service. It was rude on her part to assume and it had us leaving with a bad view of server training.

Visited Sunday 25th Sept 2016 around noonish. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk (customers) to be seated. YET there were at least 3-4 employees standing around the front desk, one with her head on the desk. In the evenings, they are really good about opening doors for people, my mother is handicapped and they failed to open the door as she entered and exited. Did not see a manager either or I would have complained. Food was delish, service was good. Tried the new roasted potatoes....pass on them They are just baked, not really roasted. Disappointed. Management needs to keep a better eye on its young, employees.

Servers were awesome, food was awesome. Manager was very rude. Didnt want to seat our party of 12 because she had another large part with a reservation 2 hours later. I could have understood if only an hour but really. Her manner clearly said go somewhere else which we would have if it hadnt been the 65 year olds choice for her birthday celebration. I think the regional might want to take a look at actions for sales at that location if their low. I think our tab was 3-4 hundred she was trying to get to leave. So Id give 4 stars for everything except manager. Her Id give a zero for terrible customer service.
