Descent food but terrible service!!! I realize they want you to eat as little as possible on their all you can eat shrimp, but please! Thirty minutes between asking for another serving and it arriving is ridiculous! Now they are even doing something worse; now they only serve five shrimp scampi on additional orders. If it werent for the food, I would never go back.

Restaurant was clean and plenty employees to handle the evening that was far from busy, Our waiter was friendly and great table presentation ,but poor, memory and slow with food, soups and salads brought for half the table the other half didnt recieve it till dinner was brought very disappointing, and the lack of concerned is not acceptable. .

This loacation had a 25 min wait for a party of 3 on a Saturday night. We only waited 10 min.. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and specials.. My only complaint was the prices.. We had 1 appitizer and dinner, no alcohol, and it was $107 with a 20% tip.. A little pricy.

Service is amazing, our server Ben is extremely polite and courteous, this is our first visit here from out of town....definately the best out of every red lobster franchise Ive been to, plus bathrooms are so clean you could get your dinner served in there....lol

First Time I Ever Walked Out Of ANY Red Lobster Quite Happy. Our Server, Gage, Was Wonderful, Polite, Helpful Without Being Phoney. The Food Was Very Good and Plentiful. Was At The Red Lobster In Gumbo ( Chesterfields Boones Crossing To You ).

I came here for the endless shrimp deal. The service was mediocre, and the food wants far from that either. The waiter seemed to want to rush us out the door. He even brought us out the dessert before we were finished eating our shrimp..

Just traveling through town and this was the BEST Red Lobster that I have ever been to. Seriously... the food was wonderful. Fresh, Hot and tasty! I will go out of my way to go back there if I am ever in the vicinity!

Service is decent. But the value based on quality is sub par. Since being taken over by Darden Restaurants. This location along with the others are very similar, in this respect. Not impressed.
