I typically wouldnt mind most of these things but with my experience being as bad as it was I am going to write about everything that was unpleasant. The worst restaurant experience in my life has started with my sister, girlfriend, and I walking into the Red Lobster. Instead of being greated in any form, we greated the hostess with "hello, can we get a booth please?" In response we get "booths are everywhere." Then she walks away for a minute or two and comes back and says "follow me." We are seated at our table, now that I recall I didnt even hear "the waiter will be with you shortly.", several minutes pass and another family is seated to the left of us and their waitress comes out after two minutes of being seated; we have yet to be assisted. This family receives their drinks, biscuits, and salads; now FINALLY, we are asked "what you want to drink?" We list off what we would like to drink... We wouldnt receive our drinks until this family received their food. We spent a good 20 minutes waiting to be assisted and given our drinks. Now we begin to order our food. The waiter is having complications with taken down a part of our order, no worries sometimes you dont describe it right, after a few laughs he takes our ticket to be made. Food came out fast which I was shocked, butttttttt.... It was messed up. We didnt receive our baked potato or sour cream. Thats not even the worst part, I ordered a rare steak, and Im not one to complain about it being undercooked, but this wasnt even cooked. It came out luke warm more on the cold side, it was blue rare; at the slightest. My crab legs were mushy. My sister received a rare steak when she ordered a medium rare, and the biscuits were BURNT! Being a little disappointed we decided to wait for the waiter, we waited for about 10 minutes to ask for our food to be fixed/re-made, not to mention our glasses are empty; we got refills once and that was because we asked, but we are starving at this point; sooooo, silly us we begin to eat. Later into the meal, I begin to feel uneasy, my stomach hurts, Im feeling nauseated. Im ready to go. We wait around for the waiter to come to us to maybe check in to see how the food is, how we are, or if we need anything. Never once did that happen; there was just a "ready for your check?" I said "yes", 5 minutes later he comes back and hands me the check and I try handing my card to him but he walks away. Another 5 minutes pass and he comes back, takes my card, and DOESNT COME BACK FOR 15 MINUTES. As soon as I got my card, we rushed out of there and rushed home. As soon as I got inside I ran to the restroom and I vomited all of my food up. I was in the restroom for a half hour... Now my sister is feeling sick to her stomach, as well as my girlfriend. Long story short: Poor hosting Poor waiting Food undercooked Poor service Very slow It was truly a waste of time and money. The waiter was still nice, I think he is still learning the job. I feel like they needed someone to work so they just threw him in when he was still training. Keep up the work but just practice to improve. I will be calling tomorrow to talk about my visit.

I was very disappointed. I went to have a 1 lb lobster. Although I was at the bar, I expected there would be no problem since it was on the menu. The server asked me twice what my order was. While I was finishing my salad, she came over and told me they were out of 1 lb lobster s and would I want a two pound lobster. I asked how much extra it was and was told $9. I wasnt happy about this. But I agreed for $9. About five minutes later, I was told that it was not $9 but would cost $19. I said I did not want to pay that much and to close my tab. Also while eating my salad I had never gotten water which I had asked for in the beginning. While I know mistakes happen, no manager or anyone in charge came over to apologize or offer any compensation for the mistake they made. The server did not apologize for her mistake and instead I wasted my time eating a salad for dinner because I had planned to eat lobster. I will not go to this Red Lobster. The service is slow and it wasnt as crowded as any other night. If the server had told me before I got my salad or apologized, I would not feel so negatively.

I cannot even justify giving this location a star, but apparently google requires at least one to leave a review. The place was dirty with dishes, napkins, and food covering more empty tables than the ones with seated guests. There place had a 30 minute wait. When asked why there was a wait with so many empty tables just left dirty, the hostess responded I dont know what they are doing. This provided a clear indication of the type of service I would receive once seated and I decided not to waste my hard earned dollars on an establishment that clearly didnt care about theirs. This place has gone downhill since its opening and should promptly consider new management and staff if they have any hope of saving the restaurants brand.

Just like all the other one star reviews. Bad service had to ask for a refill and more biscuits was ignored asked two more times she said sure and finally got biscuits from a different bartender that apologized for her even though i didnt complain. When i was finished she said here is your paper right here in front of you pay when your ready then sat there in front of me for a few minutes and asked if i was ready this is during the day and where not busy at all her breath was disgusting and i was glad to leave. Will never go back to this location its just like the ghetto dirty and smelly employees sub par food and management that either dont care or does not know.

Gave second chance, and regretted it. AGAIN, the service was poor. First review was deleted apparently ... Walk in the door, no one will greet you and you have to ask for a seat by the hostess who is texting. Our server would barely come around. Had to ask for our drinks a second time after our salads came out. Waited for about 10 minutes for the waitress to pick up the check. This was on a slow Wednesday night. Food, over cooked, terribly season . Fish was poor, too much garlic ect ect. We WIIL NOT return to this location. Red lobster is normally a great restaurant but this location is poorly staffed/trained/ managed.

OK lets start with the greater, Even after seeing me and my spouse come in she still trid to seat someone else. It was very frustrating . And she caught an attitude.. So we decided to sit at the bar, the first bartender was extremely rude but her manager steped in and got our orders... We R still here and Im at 2stars... So we shall see how it goes. OK Im... Extremely fast service with our food, Ill give them a star for that!! OK, the food was excellent like always... I tip my hat to the cook!!! And the service is getting better ...its been like a hr.. And the attitude in this place is changing... An over all 4*
