The food, as always, was delicious! The service at this location was...an experience. The waitress took a while to come introduce herself and get our drink orders. Apparently they hadnt told her we were waiting. The biscuits werent served until after the salads had arrived. (Usually they ask if youd like them right away or later.) She rushed past us twice before taking our order excusing herself and promising to be "right back." Throughout the night this happened several times: waiting for extra condiments, the bill, a correction to the bill, a second correction to the bill, and a third correction to the bill. Oh, and when we had first arrived and asked for clean forks (because all four forks were greasy) she said, "Whoopee!" (Sarcastically) When we asked for a water refill, she asked permission to go to the restroom first. I am not usually so critical, and I looked for signs that maybe they were short-staffed, but could find no outward reason that our service was so poor. Other waitstaff were not rushing around, so I believe it wasnt a staffing issue. We arrive at 7:30pm on a Tuesday night, so it wasnt a rush hour situation. She may have been new; thats the only reason I can figure. Usually the service here has been great! Im hoping this was a one-time deal.

My Wife & I stopped in @ this location for dinner and had the worst experience. We were told it was a 45 minute wait, so my Wife proceeded to the bar to get us a drink. While she was at the bar she noticed a table cleaned and unoccupied. As the 45 minutes approached we were called to our table. And go figure it was the unoccupied table we noticed when we first went into the restaurant. So we were seated for 20 minutes before a waitress even came to our table. At this point we were just finishing our 2nd drink from the bar, and choose to leave the restaurant without eating. The manager was alerted and approached us as to why we were leaving. After explaining the situation to her, she tried to take full blame for the incident. She gave us a $20 dollar gift card and basically begged us to come back and allow them a 2nd chance. Needless to say, that wont happen. But thats our choice. Customers should feel welcomed and appreciated, and that wasnt the case at this location. So we wish whomever chooses this location the very best of luck with your visit.

I visited this location last night to celebrate my daughter. Phil, you should be ashamed of yourself. The minority guest were seated to the dining area off to the right; which was filthy-food, napkins, silverware and BeBe kids all over the place. Cortez and the other waiter were excellent and patient, considering the horrible atmosphere created by the racist manager. The non minority guest were seated in the nice quiet and clean dining area off to the left. I did not see filth, food or screaming babies everywhere. The waiters were rushed to clean the trashed areas, only to be faced with another group of out of control women and children. By the way Phil refused to seat them at an empty table on the non minority side of the restuarant. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS DEPLORABLE RESTAURANT AGAIN. CORTEZ MY WAITER WAS OUTSTANDING. I PRAY GOD BLESSES YOU WITH BETTER ALONG WITH THE OTHER AF WAITER IN THE RIGHT DINING AREA. TAKE MY ADVICE AND SHUT THIS PLACE AND PRACTICE DOWN I DULY NOTED YOUR ACTIONS. GOOD RIDDANCE!

We went on Sunday afternoon and they werent that busy just understaffed. First they couldnt tell us how long our wait was. Then they told us 45 minutes. I went to order a drink at the bar that took 15 minutes from the start to end. We watched as several large groups who came after us were sat. When we aked how long it would be we were told they were waiting on a server for us??? Finally we asked to speak to the manager. She never introduced herself... She also never apologized she told us she was going to see what was happening and then she never came back. They sat us in a almost empty room next to empty booths large enough for our party of 6 after the manager lied and said theyre booths only sat 4. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. We ordered right away...after waiting for drinks and biscuits for 10 minutes we walked out. I love Red Lobster and the one in our town is perfect. By the way this was our second time of walking out of this location...

I remember when this resturant was considered very nice and even upper end. Went there on 1-1-14 and had a very poor experience. We were passed up several times by people who came in after us, when we asked about it, the staff stated our table was being cleaned. While waiting we ordered a drink from the bar. The bar had a strong sewer smell that didnt give much confidence on the cleanliness. After finally being seated our waitress was pleasent and attentive. We were very dissapointed in the food. My wifes talapia was way overcooked. I ordered shrimp and scallop pasta which was very heavy on butter, and the scallops we small and without flavor. My children both had steak and shrimp. The shrimp tasted like plastic and the steak was tough and flavorless. The manager wasnt around to speak to, and comment cards werent available. This was a bad experience.

Great place to eat-20 years ago. Classy. Now they are going to punch in what you want on the computer, (not at this location-yet). Used to be you could ask the server what’s good? And your tip depends on it! Now it’s shared tips so you are more likely to get what management is trying to push. Same for Olive Garden. That tends to mean the servers are trying to sell what’s not moving and maybe not the freshest. Fresh doesn’t mean in season with crab, it’s all frozen. And after awhile in the freezer, the meat gets mushy. Lobster in a tank isnt the same as next day air. Good family food, fast lunch or for a meeting but there are a lot of better seafood places in Saint Louis only they take more time and money. This location is busy, especially Sunday, and the cliental noisy. Better to drive to Saint Peters location.

I ordered the Ultimate Feast, which was all over cooked! Terribly tough shrimp, lobster, crab legs, and even the baked potato. Next was the double shot of Patron. Bad mistake! Barely covered the bottom of the glass. I asked for salt and lime. I got sugar and lime. The manager came over and apologized for the bartenders mistake. I sent it back with no replacement. My grandsons Buffalo wings were also overcooked and dry! Not to even mention that we waited 15 minutes to be seated at a booth. Youre probably thinking, thats not long at all. When we were finally walked to the booth, we past at least five filthy booths waiting to be cleaned. Three of the dirty booths within our sight were still dirty and full of plates and trash when we left. Management at its worst! This made me never want Red Lobster ever again!

1 stars for my total experience..it got better when Darlecia came to my rescue. The server made me wait 5 minutes in a half empty resturant with plenty of servers to choose from. Told my experience to Phillip the mgr who had no resolution. The resturant was dirty and remained dirty after I told Phillip about the nastiness. I have it on video! Darlecia is the best employee in that place! That place sucks! Who wants to spend there money, eat in a dirty resturant? I spend a Uber coming only to receive this foolishness! Im sure I wont be going back to that Red Lobster.
