Reading all of these reviews leaves me surprised. My family and I have ordered food from this place for a long time since Hunan House doesnt deliver. The delivery for us has always been speedy. The only complaint I could offer up is that sometimes the veggies arent really quite done enough to our liking but the meat is always tender in their dishes and they have large crab ragoon portions. The egg rolls may be a little too greasy for some people but since its a rare treat we dont mind that much. Affordable and feeds a large family for days. Definitely worth the buy with reasonable prices. We usually have the orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken, Beef with onion and peppers and an order of sesame chicken. To those leaving all of these comments about time and finding hair, Im quite in shock since we have never had this problem. As for time; being at max over fifteen minutes of what the suggested time given was isnt all that bad. I do feel for those who had a problem, but really, its a family run business. They may have to look you up through other means to deliver and that will take some time. I would personally recommend this place to anyone for delivery since thats how we order. Delicious!

Yes, Ive been forced to order food from Ho Ho, where they treat us handicapped people like their Hoes. They Over Charge My Credit Card every time, and the food is always cold even though its only located less than 1 mile from my house. They double charged my order 3 times in the last week and my bank was forced to cancel my card and since Im handicapped I have no other way to leave my house to get food since it will take another 2-3 weeks for my new debit business card to come in the mail. I have to order delivery because I am a wheel chair bound....This place totally has taken advantage of me and they laughed about it when I tried to reason with them over the phone. I have no way of paying for food or anything now because they must of thought I wasnt just a paraplegic but also retarded. do not order from this place, Please :( they have done me wrong and treated me like Im worthless. I cant understand why because I have always tipped them very well and Im always very courteous to them over the phone.

This place is absolutely gross, I ordered $30 worth of food had to wait 45 mins to get gross food, I mean it was oily way over cooked, and just mushy. When i called them to get my order replaced i got tons of attitude and was told to come up there. When my wife got there they replace my food and when i say my food i mean what was left i the box.... THEY INSPECTED HOW MUCH FOOD THAT WE HAD LEFT AND REPLACED WHAT THEY FELT WAS THE EQUIVELANT! We only ate 4 bited of this food, now to make this the worst place ever they didn't even give us everything we were supposed to get back! Our egg rolls were taken from us crab rangoon we paid for taken! So i called to talk to the manager and he picks up the phone in anger yelling at me as if I messed up his food. If you eat here you are wasting your money, learn from my mistake order from somewhere else. I give Ho-Ho a 0 out of 100, the worst chinese i've ever eating with the worst customer service ever...

Its honestly pretty dang alright. I couldnt put it any better than Tony Davis 1 star review, in which they said: "Dont not EVER go there..." I live just a stones throw away and Ive tried well over half of their menu over the years. Their egg rolls are some of the best Ive had in St. Charles, and most of their dishes are OK. Shockingly, the worst item--in my opinion--has to be the crab rangoon. Its quite bitter, being mostly cream cheese, and usually overcooked. My biggest complaint would be that the menu is a tad overpriced, especially when you consider their nearby competition. Portion sizes are generally larger, though, so you get more for what you pay. Other than that, the owners are nice, and the food is prepared very, very fast. I will absolutely continue to support their business. Dont be deterred by some peoples negligent use of 1 star reviews, especially when they dont provide any real criticism other than "naaastttyyy".

Ho-Ho used to be the place I would order Chinese food from, but after my experience last night I think I will be going somewhere else. I called in an order at 8:37 PM for me and my husband, and I was told that it would take 30-40 minutes, which is fine. Instead it was an hour, and when I had called them at 9:11 PM to see if the order had been delivered (and please keep in mind that we live close to Ho-Hos), the phone rang until the voicemail message played saying that they were closed, even though it was before their advertised 9:30 PM closing time. When the food finally arrived a little after 9:30 PM, they didnt even to bother to apologize for the inconvenience, not to mention that the food that we ordered was not very good. Until then my husband and I had no issue with Ho-Hos food and service, but after this I would not recommend them.

My family and I have been ordering delivery from Ho Ho Chinese for over 10 years. We have never been disappointed. The food is always hot and fresh. The service is fast, friendly and accurate. Whenever we order, we feel like we are talking to old friends. As for the food; The Crab Rangoon is the best I have tasted. The Sesame Chicken is my favorite. My wife is very particular and they make a custom Moo Goo Gai Pan just the way she likes it. The best part of all is, they always give us a good deal. If a customer spends over 10 bucks, they give em a FREE 2 liter of Coke or (8) Chicken wings FREE. If you order over $20, they give you a FREE (6) piece Crab Rangoon. Cant beat that! I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes authentic, fresh, and affordable Chinese Food. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

This is a family run business, that Ive been ordering from since I was in the womb. Lol My mother was from out of town and desperate for Chinese when she stumbled into their original store front pregnant 26+ years ago. Needless to say, they have some of our favorites that we go back for over and over again. They always remember us and always take care of us even when mistakes have been made. We love supporting their business. :) Our favorites are Their savory crab raggoon(we love to dip these in sweet and sour sauce, da best!) Their sweet and sour chicken Beef fried rice Egg drop soup Wings Dumplings And egg rolls Weve practically tried majority of menu but these are our top picks♡ :)

I can not be gain to tell you how tasteless the so called food is. MyHot Braised Chicken was BURNT, and tasted like chicken liver...very nasty!! The beef n broccoli had NO sauce/gravey and was dry ànnd tasteless. The CrabRangoo was bitter with NO CRAB! This is the worst "food ever. When I called to complain...I was told theres NOTHING they can do about it since it was made "fresh"today. I dTotL waste of $30.00. Please....save your money...DO NOT ORDER THERE FOOD. If you want good Chinese food...order from CHINA KING!! MY FAULT FOR TRYING SOMETHING NEW!!!!
