Dont come here as a solo diner if you expect timely service. Sat down at the bar, knew my food order about a minute after getting menu in hand. After deciding what I wanted several groups ended up sitting in at tables in the front bar area. The bar tender Holly/Hollie took these groups drink orders, served their drinks, then returned to them to take their food order before returning to take my food order. This is even after I attempted to flag the bartender down to place my order. After telling a different bartender I wasnt going to keep waiting and was going to go to one of the other restaurants, he asked the one I was dealing with what the problem was. Rather than admitting I slipped her mind, she instead made excuses based on tables that sat down well after I had made my decision regarding food. The Asian place in the casino or the bar at Gittos or the steak house are all excellent choices and dont employ people that assume solo diners can be disrespected and ignored.

New Years Eve. After a couple drinks my husband & I decided to check out a menu. We decided on the pork nachos. We got the bartenders attention and said we would have the nachos. He assumed chicken and placed our order. DO NOT GET THE NACHOS. They are the poorest excuse for nachos we have ever seen. The chicken was flavorless, the "cheese" was some sort of sauce, the jalapenos were 4 poppers thrown on top. We used to come to this same area quite often when it was Sammies and still Harrahs, and always enjoyed whatever we ordered.

If youre looking for an awful experience then this is the place for you. Ive given this place three chances and now Im OUT! False advertising is only the beginning. None of their meats are actually smoked and the nacho cheese sauce tastes like paste. Dont waste you time talking to any of the managers because theyll only give you a long blank stare. When the Servers tell you the food is awful and that they dont eat there EVER, you know youre in trouble. Stick to the delicious classics like Gittos and youll be fine.

Ordered to go. Took 40 minutes for a Cubano sandwich that is supposed to come with fries. No fries in order and the sandwich was terrible. It is supposed to have house mustard and pulled pork on it but i could not find either one in the sandwich. I would never eat there again. I am sure this is a regular occurrence as food only comes out this way when no one in management cares at all!

The reason for giving three stars is this, Its a bar, not a restaurant, our food took longer than Id have liked to get to us, but the staff was friendly enough and when the food finally got to us, it wasnt half bad...for bar food. Its also probably the most affordable place to eat at Hollywood casino.

Rude .. hovering waitresses and bitchy. Didnt even ordered just walked out. No wonder they werent busy. Take that as a sign and DO NOT GO THERE! Even the management was rude and didnt care.
