Dead fly. I ordered a only small strawberry banana milkshake and a regular vanilla milkshake. We had to wait 10 minutes for just these two items. After we had driven away I saw a dead fly on the top and side of my milkshake. Disgusting. I doubt a fly would land on my shake and suddenly die, so Im placing this blame on one of their employees and assuming someone had put an already dead fly on top of my shake. If I hadnt been with father I would have gone back and done something about this disgusting event. Would not recommend this location whatsoever if they send out bug-ridden service to people. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I just went to Sonic on Big Bend and Sulphur Springs road (1030pm 14 Sept). I ordered a hot fudge sundae. The worker replied "I will get it when I can" Right after I had order, another couple ordered a full meal. Two-three minutes later, they get their order, not mine. I went to the worker and told him to cancel my order since they cannot even make a sundae in a timely manner, but can make a full meal. Piss poor service. I will never order food from that location again.

I wasnt sure why all the employees were laughing at our car while making our food. Untill we left, having only ordered mozzarella stick, and received every sauce possible except for marinara. Next time your employees wanna be disrespectful, Ill just turn around and get my money back(: hope you enjoyed picking your joke off the parking lot

Im surprised others like the food. I have tried it on many occasions throughout the years and it is still the worst food i have ever eaten. However, the location and concept are good. It is a nice place to walk to and I do have several good memories of meeting friends there. The service has never been bad either.

Please change your hours on google for Sundays. If it shows 7 and I get there and you tell me you dont open until 8 and I have to sit in the parking lot waiting for 20 minutes you can understand how annoyed I would be.

Good service, food is slightly better than the typical fast food establishment. I usually tip here which is weird for fast food but I also worked here about fifteen years ago so I know how it goes.
