I would say that they have potential to be great but need to work a lot harder on training ALL staff to be polite to customers and also they need to be trained a whole lot better on how to CORRECTLY make all the assorted drinks, as well as slushies, shakes and all other combination drink items. A lot of times I have noticed if theyre busy they will completely ignore you if youre in the drive thru, they wont even politely ask you to hold for just a moment. Also if theyre busy and backed up they will tell you that their Drink Machine / ice cream machine is down and UNABLE to make ANY of their signature "drink stop" drinks, except soda... If your lucky, and maybe water. I personally know this not only because I used to come here quite often but because a family member got her first job there. She quit because she felt the staff including management were more interested in playing around and joking around rather than get each customers order made in a timely manner, whether it be food or just a simple drink. Nobody that I know of anyway.... wants to sit at a window for almost 20 minutes and still find they have been served cold food!!! My Best Advice always, always, always check your order completely, drink included before leaving the parking lot!! Lets just say you may need to turn around and either ask for a refund or maybe have them remake your order!! I always make sure my orders are correct NO matter where I go now thanks to Sonic.

I grew up in the birthplace of Sonic. I love Sonic. But this Sonic is terrible. I keep coming back in the keep messing up the order, chicken is usually dry and the people are not that friendly. Its rare that I ever do this but I contacted the regional manager and basically he didnt care. He promised on two separate occasions two refund my money which in total was over $40 and never did even after I called him to remind him almost a month later. Until they fix the staff stay away. I really dont want to say that because Sonic is absolutely one of my favorites but this is enough to kill any business I can see why they are not lasting around St Louis area

I believe a worker purposefully charged my debit card twice. I complained to corporate and they only thing they did was send me a coupon. I had to threaten to show up with the police before the owner, who was extremely ride, finally called me back. He eventually sent me a check for what was basically stolen from me but had no empathy. This sonic will never get another penny from me.

This is a great Sonic. Every time I go here they have some really good drink special. As summer is upon us if youre not thinking of this place when you are thirsty then you are missing an awesome assortment of drinks, shakes, and smoothies. They must have the most drink selections of any fast food restaurant.

We were not aware of a promotion they ran that you get 99 cent blast when the Cardinals hit a home run. When the store manger realized we did not know about the promotion and we were new to the area he came out to our car, welcomed us and explained different promotions they run. Great Services!

Grill Cheese with brown crap all over the inside. I purchase this sandwich quote often for me and my 2 children. So hubby decided to swing by to pick me one up at 9 pm and this is junk. I know what it souls look like and its looks like they put dijon mustard in between 2 slides of bread.

Very bad guest services. They had messed up our order a total of four times. The girl there kept trying to wall away from us and wouldnt listen. It was very very bad. The only reason I put a star is because they wouldnt let me post without putting one on
