This location has the worst service of all the KFCs I have ever visited. Our visit started bad when we ordered crispy chicken and they are out. They suggest original chicken and we agree that would be ok. We pay, get our drinks and sit down and visit with each other. About 10 minutes pass and the cashier comes out and tells us that they had a large order and we will have fresh hot chicken in about 10 minutes. We said ok we are hungry and if that is what needs to be done. We then watch chicken being served out the drive thru. After 10 more minutes I ask for a manager who tells me I was still waiting because I had to have original chicken and she can get me crispy right now. I said sounds great. I return to my seat and we all laugh. But still no chicken. I go back up to the counter again and they are out of crispy and it will be 10 more minutes. LOL. JUST RETURN OUR MONEY I AM GOING TO POPEYES WHERE THEY ACTUALLY SELL CHICKEN.

Always pretty quick service at this location. One day went there and ordered original breast which would take five minutes. Decided to wait. Within minutes the cashier was out by our truck asking if we would like a drink while we waited. We got a doctor pepper. We asked how much a leg was and gave him a $5. It was $2 something. A minute later he comes out with a large drink and the leg and says he threw another leg in. When he came out he said he added some cookies too! He either was a great service provider or just liked me. I prefer to think the latter. Dont get much good service these days. I was impressed and gave him a $2 tip. Thanks buddy!!!!

Ok service, always a wait on chicken tenders, last time i was there they close at 9pm i was there at 8:25pm and they told me they were not making any chicken tenders, basicaly they just wanted to shut down and close early, they always forget items when u buy thr $5 box IE: cookie or mashed potatoes. i also was told someone deficated in the deep fryer when the employee planned on quiting, but like i said dont know for fact just rumor, but over all i would recommend a different kfc location.

Amazing service. Becky and Patrick were on top of their game. Becky brought our meal to us, noticed we didnt have napkins and brought those without asking. Patrick noticed my husband needed more knee room and offered to arrange the chairs for him. The food was super hot. The apple pie burnt my tongue and had been sitting for 10 minutes. I will go back and see this location. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

I have had dinner here several times this month. Its been fresh hot and good. I have avoided this place in years past because it wasnt good. I got some of the new KFC coupons in the mail so I decided to give it another try. Whatever youre doing now keep up the good work!!! Original chicken and biscuits are the Best!!

The service is horrible. The food is often old. The people who work here obviously dont care about doimg their jobs at all. When we asked how we could contact the manager we were ignored. The lady just refused to answer me. Its really our own fault for going back there. Thats a mistake I hope we wont repeat.

The food as always was fantastic service was Fair to Midland and then when I got home I found out that I had two orders of mashed potatoes with no gravy and in order of coleslaw and no biscuits I know it was an oversight but this isnt the first time its happened.

Dirty facilities, lazy staff, less than adequate quality of food. Short wait time and generally accurate order delivery. Ive never visited a KFC that so frequently is out of some sort of chicken. Last time I was there I saw a roach on the order counter.

This place used to be good but the people that work here and the way its run has ruined it. How fast you get your food, how accurate your order is, and the way your treated almost matter more than the quality of your food..

I love KFC chicken! Quick service. This particular KFC has a somewhat limited menu -they do not serve Hot Wings, and a few other items that bigger KFC restaurants serve.
