OMG, where do I begin? OK, My family went here for a quick lunch. It was 1:30 p.m. so we were just gonna grab some meals. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had a buffet at a reasonable price, 22.50 for 2 adults and 1 child after tax. Unfortunately, we didnt realize that the "reasonable" price was likely due to low standard of food, and poor customer service. The popcorn chicken that I got for my 3 year old son to eat, I wouldnt feed to a stray dog, much less my boy. Dark meat doesnt describe that chicken, it was black and hard to the core. The peaches that I was also going to give my son were pale and did tiny. Oddest looking peaches Ive ever seen. They looked like theyve been in that can for years. I did let my boy eat them, but I felt very uneasy about it. The mac and cheese was completely watered down, and nothing like what you would expect to get if you ordered it as a side with a meal. The extra crispy chicken was hard as a rock, both the skin and the chicken underneath. It was moist once you crack through the thick rock-like shell. The other thing that really turned us off to this establishment was when I went to get some BBQ and honey from the employees at the counter because there were no condiments available on the buffet or anywhere near it, they told me that is was a .27 cent charge per item. At this point I was pretty irritated and we decided it was not worth it. I personally dont carry cash on me often, and I was not about to stand in the 10 minute line for a few condiments and another charge to my bank card. They really should let you know or have some sort of sign telling you this when you order the food so you know what to expect. These are items that they tend to give out freely at the drive-through at no charge, and if you ask for them, Im accustomed to being given so much that I am stocked for years to come. One thing I did find somewhat humorous was that there were actually signs posted at 2 places along the buffet line apologizing for the recent price increase due to patrons stuffing their pockets and purses with food items from the buffet because there may have been a "misunderstanding" in the agreement that it was an "all you can eat HERE buffet." Right, Im sure thats why people were lining their pockets with fried chicken, because of some "misunderstanding." Just shows who the typical patron is in this establishment. Overall I was quite turned off to this KFC, and KFC in general for a long time, and I really love KFC. It will be a long time, if ever, before I feel like I can go to another KFC. Good luck if you decide to give it a try.

Went through the drive through and was told to go ahead with our order only to be cut off in the middle of ordering to be told to wait. When we did place our order we asked if they had potato wedges we were told yes they did so we proceeded to order a large order of those but we wanted them loaded (topped with cheese, sour cream, bacon bits etc.) and the girl said okay, gave us our total and told us to pull ahead. We did, paid for our order and was told it would be 5 minutes for the wedges and we should pull forward. When they came out with our order and we left for home. We dug into our snackers immediately and they were inadequate. They were cold and dry so we dipped into the potatoes. of course they werent loaded. When I called to talk to a manager I was told they dont sell loaded wedges and when I told her that perhaps they should inform people of that when they order and not after they pull away she only kept repeating that they dont offer those. When I finally got it through to her that they should inform the customer at the time of the order and not just substitute whatever they feel like substituting she said that all she could do is replace the sandwiches. Ive been in customer service for over 20 years and have never encountered such incompetent staff and management. I wish I would have gotten their names so when I send off an email to corporate they will know why I will never return there again. This was my first experience with the evening staff so perhaps its just them but I wont be visiting this place at night ever again and dont recommend any late night visits to there either.

Horrible customer service. When ordering I told the person behind the counter I wanted a drink twice. When the food was ready he didnt have my drink. I asked where my drink was and he informed I didnt order one. "I asked you if you wanted a drink" is what he said to me. I informed him "I told you I wanted a drink twice!" He did give me my drink but no apology. Then when I got my food back to my table they messed up my order. I then brought it back up the the counter and got a different employee. Told her my order was wrong "What is wrong with it?" with attitude. She fixed my order and dropped it on the counter in front of me. Again no apology or remorse for messing up my order twice. Never going back to this place.

This used to be a common destination. For the last few months, it is a black hole in a row of well-light fast food options on most evenings. (9:30 is a joke, their lights are routinely off well before that.) Burger King, Famous Daves, Arbys and McDonalds - nothing else. When you jack up the price of your buffet and scale hours back, what message are you sending to your customers? Old Country Buffet created this model just before it went out of business. You would like to think KFC would be smarter than that....

Col Robert is an amazing person, quick to clean empty tables, sweep floor, and even took our empty dishes! Food was all hot and fresh, all the white meat has to be asked for at the counter so it doesnt dry out (my only complaint, it wasnt posted anywhere) but the nice guy behind the counter was quick to inform us! The cinnamon dessert left ALOT to be desired, even when fresh. I do dont understand the complaints, you people understand this is a $8 buffet (including drink) at a fast food resteraunt right?

The food is decent enough but every time I come here, they manage to screw something up. most recently I ordered the two peice original meal with mt dew and a 3 pc hot wing (not that complicated). the guy repeated my order correctly even down to the drink... they charged for 5 peice hot wing and gave me a chicken strip meal and and a pepsi. I hate that there are no other KFCs near me. they offered a replacement but going all the way back is inconvient.

Best KFC around this area if not the only one. Hehe I like the music and ambiance. The manager is great about keeping the dining area clean. All the time Ive been there hes always out helping take out the garbage, wiping the tables down, and sweeping up under the chairs. If you come here, the buffet is the best deal! The only thing I wish they would do is give you a tray to keep your plate and drink on. I almost spilled my plate of food.
