There’s a guy that works at this buffet, his name is Sabastian or Charlie I think. He was serving the crab legs that evening at the end of one of the buffet tables, when everyone lined up for the crab legs, he served them but a few other people had come to him on his right side where there was no line formed and he served them, later when I had done the same thing, he told me to get to the back of the line on the left, then the same people had come to his right side again and he served them. I will tell you this, I feel this was racially motivated because I am a colored person and everyone who had white skin got served with a smile whether they were on the left or right of him, anyone who was a person of color had to be in the specific left side of the line. I still go there and see him working there. I observed him once on a different day to see if I was just over thinking this whole thing, I wasn’t! He refilled drinks for all the white people and did refill drinks for any other tables where there were people of color. This person is an asian male with glasses. Very low, very humiliating behavior for this restaurant and very racist.

Ayer quisimos comer en este lugar y no pudimos,para empezar mi hijo padece de problemas de habla y a veces su forma de comunicar es por sonidos, yo trato a mi hijo como un niño normal y no tengo q andar disiendole a nadie su problema pero la cajera de este restaurante me callo no una vez, lo hizo tres veces de callar a mi hijo fue extremadamente grocera y ni una disculpa nos dio, ademas cuanto cobran alli porque nos estaba cobrando $ 52.80 por dos adultos y mi hijo de 6 años. Muy mala experiencia ni ganas de volver a este restaurante

My 2 year old son was eating a fruit plate and screamed and said SPIDER MOMMY NO NO PLEASE. There was a big black spider that had laid eggs on the grapes. The manager came over and said exactly " oh my it was still moving people come in with bugs on their clothes all the time and it gets into the food". At that point I was to afraid to continue to eat because the way she explained the situation spiders could be in the beef and broccoli or the chicken then. I felt like the fruit was not washed and prepared properly. Now if I was at the grocery store and bought my own grapes thats to be expected but when your in a restaurant there should not be any kind of bugs in the food. I asked for my money back and the owner said no refunds but stamped my receipt and wrote 10% off the next vist. Unfortunately I will never be returning .

There needs to be like a 2.5 star rating option. The bathroom confused me. The stalls were too small...and to make matters first, the toilets were not flushing. It seem like they were saving water. All the stalls were not flushing...even the stink water was at low speed. The bus boys were wonderful and fast and sweet. They give this place a high rating. The food was average. This was my first time here and I felt it was overrated. Didnt have a vast selection of options for food. Only certain a days have certain items. Im used to buffets having crab legs everyday for dinner rush. Apparently Great Moon only have crabs on Friday...? The ice cream machine needs to be cleaned out and actual VANILLA ice cream needs to come out. Vanilla is not yellow color. Prefer Golden Corral to Great Moon.

This is an ok buffet. Their selection is kind of limited, you get a salad bar, some sushi, typical oriental fare, as well as a handful of american foods. Compared to other buffets Ive been to, this is basic. Food usually tastes good, not great, and prices are mediocre. About 11$ during lunch hours and about 14$ during dinner. DInner brings out some crab and other seafoods as well as an interesting pot roast that has cheese on it?. As a warning, DO NOT try to come here on holidays. The line usually extends out the door. I would recommend other places before this one, but if youre in the area and need some oriental, you can do a lot worse

Food: I always love the food here. I go here when Im super hungry and craving for Chinese. They also have a sushi bar, so my fiance was happy about that. Staff: The front desk employees dont seem that friendly and always look busy/stress. The waiters and waitress are awesome tho. They are friendly and make you laugh. They enjoy kids and hand them candy/lollipop at times. Price: I think its a reasonable price for the amount of food that is serve. Between $10-$12, depending on the time of the day. They no longer accept checks. So cash and credit. Overall: My family and I love eating here together. We always have a good time.

Food is great, customer service WAS *note WAS* good. Went there last week, me and my hubs finished our 3rd plate and went for fruits and when we came back. We found our waiter wiping down our table. No it was not to clean it, it was to remove us or so the waiter thought we had left. Waiter quickly apologizes and grabs 1 glass of water and 2 forks for me and my hubs....really? Wtf... 1 glass of water for me and my hubs to share and 2 forks? So angry right now, this place was wonderful except their waiters. We left and didnt even finish our fruits... Not ever going to that particular one again!

I really liked to eat here, but the I was pretty disappointed at the end. This is actually the second time I seen it actually happen. Their employees likes to complain about tips when the customer gets up and leaves. They say things in a really mean tone when the customers gets up if the tip is too little or there was no tip. I dont think that they do such a good job at refilling drinks either. I can understand why some people dont tip them. I just find it very rude that they would complain. Tips are not a requirement and they have to understand that.

The best Chinese buffet on the east side of the metro. Drink is included in the price (10-14 depending on day and time). This place is always very busy which means the food is always very fresh and the appropriate temperature. The service is top-notch with a person coming by to refill drinks very quickly. The employees are always smiling. The food is delicious and there is quite the assortment of seafood. The ice cream machine could use caramel as a topping, but that is my only complaint.

Reason for the 2 stars because I felt like I went to a panda express... their price doesnt meet their food selections. Service was decent, nothing out of the ordinary. I think it could be better if the food wasnt so Americanize. Sushi varieties is okay, but the people behind the counter was just like texting on their phone looking down at their feet. Idk bout others, I just find it unprofessional P.s they got packages of soy souce!

Your basic run of the mill Chinese buffet. The thing that irks me is that we go on Fridays for the crab, so obviously we pay more, yet the dude monitoring the crab only gives you 4 little pieces at a time. Its four pieces per customer, I get that, but when you refuse to hand me a claw with all the juicy goodness? Why? Thats fine. When the guy comes out I rush up with Lady and kids, everyone gets a plate and now I have a feast.
