Anybody who values their health wellbeing and dignity should not visit this restraunt. upon arrival I noticed it was warm in the restaraunt, but it wasnt until I had stripped off my down jacket as well as my scarf that I realized my attire wasnt the cause of my perspiration and discomfort, it was the obscene temperature and humidity of the restaraunts that was to blame! I was there not even 45 minutes and was soaked in sweat. the air quality was ridicululous...the humidity completely out of control. I am sure there must be mold issues in the walls and carpets. Next our table was obviously not cleaned, the plates at the head of the buffet were questionable. not sure if completely sanitized as there were traces of food still on them. Dont even get me started on the food itself. I filled my first plate, ate about half of it, each thing worse than the last. the white rice was even gross. the egg foo young dry and hard, the Low mein incredibly oily and slimy. the fried rice I dare not try, and im pretty sure the egg rolls were days old. I was appalled, but still ventured back after consuming only half a plate. my roommates were as horrified as I. for the second round, I passed by the curious mashed potatoes and scary looking garlic toast, hoping for a salad. the iceberg lettuce looked wilted and coated in something wet, so I played it safe and went for some shrimp noodles. not safe, no taste other than that of cheap frozen shrimp cooked poorly. I wish I stopped the second I walked through the door, but I had too much faith in a Chinese buffet that wasnt worthy. Time cannot be traveled to the past to stop myself from the horrible mistake of consuming this garbage. I will learn from my mistake rather than dwell on it. the second I left the "restraunt" I was filled with regret. and naseua. I went home, where I consumed water and retreated to bed, only to wake up and vomit profusely until I cried. then I had diarhheas

I had never been to a Chinese buffet, but it was pretty much what I expected. There are the "staples" of chow mein (not too salty, decent texture), fried rice, white rice, and chow fun (bland and kind of weirdly thick?). Then there are "sides" like sweet and sour chicken, stuffed mushrooms, broccoli and beef, etc. There were two types of soup. And THEN there are the American dishes: macaroni and cheese, garlic bread, grilled salmon, salad bar. And lastly, a pretty varied selection of desserts, a soft serve machine, a soda fountain, and tea/coffee. My favorite was definitely the sesame balls, which didnt have filling, but tasted like mochi, and I had a mochi craving lately so I was pleased. Some dishes were not quite hot, but everything was warm, and you saw people coming out and refilling pans pretty often. Parking wasnt bad at 5:45p on a Friday evening, as its in a strip mall with its own lot. $10 for all you can eat, Id say its worth the price if you feel like having Chinese buffet.

I am gonna go ahead and give this place four stars. It is not the best Chinese food I have ever had, or even the best Chinese buffet, but it is pretty damned good for the money. Lunch is about $8 and there are a lot of selections to choose from that are reliably decent: LoMein, wings, grilled chicken, BBQ chicken, stuffed mushrooms, won ton soup. I go here regularly for lunch and it is the best Chinese Buffet I have found in the neighborhood.

Pretty average buffett. Theres a Panda Garden in Brooklyn Park that I like better, but this one is good as well. Pretty decent Chinese food for the price you pay and was great for lunch. They have a good selection, the atmosphere is what Id expect from a Chinese restaurant thats not a chain restaurant. Overall a good value for what you get. Dont expect to be blown away, but you can expect a good meal for a good price.

Good Food and seating. A decent variety of foods to try. No real changes in fare from time to time that i have noticed. my meal was pretty inexpensive around 9 dollars for buffet and drink. A coworker and i were able to sit in a quieter area of the restaurant and we could discuss without having to talk loudly. I will be back as this is one of the better places i have found in the area for a buffet.

I know Panda Garden isnt huge. I know the selection isnt unique. I just think its a gem for its location. We dont have anything else like it in near proximity so Im glad its there. Just good solid greasy pseudo-Chinese food. For the person who lampooned the restaurant in their review: Buffet does not exactly equal Haute Cuisine, just sayin. You are right about the egg drop H2O though.

I have to say that the food was mediocre because it didnt have enough taste to illicit a strong reaction to call it bad. But it definitely wasnt good. The egg drop soup was more like egg flavored water. The food was bland. The deserts were bland. I am personally amazed that two people actually rated this place well. Maybe they are friends of the owner or something.

Probably one of the worst restaurants you can go to in the whole state of Minnesota. Used to love it but the food quality has clearly dropped to less than edible. Tried the chicken and picked up a piece that looked and felt foot-like. If you go here prepare your rear end for a major blast off.

I actually liked this place. I thought the food was good, the General Tsos chicken was exactly what I thought it should taste like. The atmosphere was what one would expect from a modest budget buffet restaurant. I will definitely go again.

Been eating here for at least last 20 years. Family management. Solid choice of Asian food. No to much difference between lunch and dinner choices. Inexpensive. Very good vegetable dishes selection. Love, love, love this place.

Food was just ok, nothing special wouldnt go out of the way to go back. The worst was a lady working there and the entire time she is cleaning tables she was talking loud on her phone, very annoying while eating dinner

Exceptional quality food and service. The food was all full when we got there and the food itself was top notch and had menu quality options. Highly recommend this place for any occasion!

Exactly what you would expect for a smaller suburban buffet. Went for lunch and the food was fresh, average quality, nothing special, nothing horrible. I was happy with what I got.

Inexpensive and damn good! Wont find sushi or a hibachi but for just over 10 bucks for dinner, including drink, you wont miss it too much! Great quality, great price!
