I have only gone in the evenings. The kitchen area is nasty. Food and wrappers all over the floor. The people that fix the food are clowning around. The food here is no better than any other Taco Bell, the service at the counter at times is better than others, some of the cashiers act as if they dont even want to be there. I ordered the Cantina Bowl, it looked really good with a "special citrus chicken". I watched them make it and they used the exact same chicken as every other chicken dish. I cant believe the ad says one thing and its nothing special about it.

I eat there far more often than I should. Most of the time things are perfect. The few times weve had issues with an order they have been more than willing to fix it and make it right. Their customer service is excellent.

They were just disrespectful. The manager and cashier dont acknowledge our existence and messed up our orders really really bad and disrespected my father in law on top of that Im never going back.

Slow. Were out of biscuits early in the morning. REALLY ??? Food came out quickly and was hot but that took a few as well. Overall experience was good but slow, and I mean REAL SLOW.
