We rarely ever go out to eat. But this month weve had a couple reasons to celebrate and treat ourselves. We all decided on Buffalo Wild Wings on Jackson st. In Independence. The first time they forgot to give us half of our order. Thats fine, first time. But this evening we ordered again and she went through the receipt saying what every thing was. I shouldve had them open the boxes because once again they forgot half of our order and we drove 20 minutes back home before opening and checking. I know they are busy but honestly, do your job. If your name is on something, do it right. Listen to the people who are calling bc they are using you for a dining experience as well just not in store. Its so irritating when we paid for everything but we didnt get home with half of it.

Ordered ahead for a pickup, and showed up roughly 10 after the promised time; 20 suggested, arrived 30 after order. I sat in the restaurant for another 20 minutes waiting, when someone came out to ask why I was waiting. 10 minutes later I had my food. AN HOUR for 20 wings. I have no idea if my order was missed, handed to someone else, or what, but there were about five other parties waiting for carryout with the same issue.

Terrible service. The server messed up our order and instead of fixing it, she told us, "Oh, i didnt hear you." She was too busy giving shots to the highly intoxicated group of loud foul mouths seated near my children. The wings were almost cold and an hour and a half meal took almost three because of the terribly slow speed. I rarely complain but this was really bad. The servers name starts with an "H" and ends in "aley"...

Love going to bww. But since they changed their wing menu to keep the complainers happy, I hate it. Just cause some people complained there was more meat on one bone than another. Now they have to weigh each order. No more just 12 20 or 50 wings in an order. Plus the service is not the best, but I look past that cause the wings are great. Even better than the Anchor Bar in Buffalo NY. Home of the chicken wing

Kaela our server tonight sucks we literally never saw her again once she had our order she had someone else do everything else for her... I had to walk all the way up front to where she was standing trying to talk to some guy just today my friend needed a refill on her water... seriously the worst experience Ive ever had here...

Ali was spectacular! She explained when we sat down the new chefs were taking awhile so our orders would be taken in 15 min which happened. Our orders were right on, the place is well organized and clean. Loved my 1st experience here in Independence. Margaritas are top notch. Thank you for a relaxing & pleasant time!

Fantastic job is what this place is I loved everything about it I really do the food is just excellente and to die for those chicken wings are so yummy Ill eat all of them and oh my gosh dont get me started on those french fries the kind of stringy but man they make you want to break dance on the table

The food is amazing. The service for some reason is always crap though... I always have to flag down servers to get the things I need, like silverware. They are rather expensive, too. They recently renovated and the place looks great, but the service still sucks and the servers continue to be rude.

Terrible service and the food was garbage! The cooks are terrible and its unacceptable! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Shame on in you BWW taking advantage of an elderly woman. GM reached out but she clearly lacks the integrity & character to make things right inspire of the circumstances.

Food is good at an okay price. Service left something to be desired. Interacted with three employees and none seemed pleased to be working that day. The price for the specialty lemonade seemed high for not having refills and the glass having so much ice.

Very friendly waitress & Sporty atmosphere... However I wouldnt recommend this place IF you want to talk to the friends/ family you are with a dinner! (ITS VERY LOUD!) They are soo slow we waited almost an hour for our food! Disappointed.

Amazing amazing customer service from Brandy the shift lead and Ariel the server. They were proactive to a problem and approached us noticing something wrong before we said anything. You dont see customer service like this anymore

Maybe I just had a bad experience with the service but it took about an hour to get our food and we didnt get refills on our drinks until we were about ready to leave. The food was good but I dont think ot should take an hour.

Typically I am a big fan of BWWs, but in my most recent visit, I was disappointed. Our waitress was not nice and also unorganized, the TVs had a bunch of lousy games on the biggest screens, and the wings were pretty bad.

Called ahead of time for carry out, got there when they said itd be ready. It hadnt even been started yet. Left before realizing they didnt give me any sauce for my food. -_- I didnt pay 10 dollars for this.

They had half off wings witch was a great deal then they turned it to buy a snack get a snack which was okay but now they only have half of boneless wings which basically are just nuggets and are disgusting

Our meal came at 15 minutes and 30 seconds. So it was free! How can I give it anything less than 5 stars. Chicken wings are great, my wife had the chicken strips also great. Lunch prices are great.

Best selection of chicken wings in town. Good enough variety of beer on tap. Lots of tvs so its a good place to catch a game. Im a big fan of the mini corn dogs.
