Horrible service and dirty! Ugh this place is awful and its not a one time thing. Went here last night and it was unpleasant from start to finish. When we arrived at 8:15 pm we were ignored by the three "hostesses" while they chatted. Not even a "Well be right with you". After several minutes, their crucial conversation concluded, we were put on the wait list, given a buzzer, and told it would be about 25 minutes. No problem. We waited. And waited. Forty minutes later as we stood looking at several empty tables, we asked the "hostess" when we might be so lucky as to get seated? Oh darn, looks like we crossed your name off the list without buzzing you! So then we continued to stand and wait while they cleaned a table, even though their were other clean tables, but what the heck, whats another five minutes at this point? So they clean the table, leave the floor directly at the entry to the booth littered with food, napkins, etc. and invite us to sit at this lovely setting at 9:09 p.m. After we took a few pics of the mess on the floor, they came over and cleaned it up. Ok, finally, lets order! That happened quickly and the waitress was fine. And then... We waited. Another 40 minutes. Food was ok, except for the cold fries. We were offered a free appetizer after we spoke to the manager. She also said that "Yeah sometimes it takes awhile for the food". Wow. Thats awesome. This place is truly awful. Our previous visit was similar. Id write about it but it takes too long. Needless to say, my thought that maybe that visit was an anomaly was completely in error. Dirty, and crappy service by people who really just dont care, all are standard practices. Unless youre truly desperate, avoid this place.

Me and my boyfriend usually come here and the service is pretty good. However today I decided I wanted to grab a spinach and artichoke dip to go and when we showed up to pick it up (pre-paid) I waited at the cash stand as 3 workers walked past me not acknowledging me so I walk up to the guy standing at the host stand and let him know I have a pick up. When the cashier came out with the food she puts it on the counter then leaves to help someone else. I looked into the box and there was barely two handfuls of chips so I asked her if we could get some more as there was not much in there and she proceeded to groan as she walks into the back and comes out to tell me she asked the manager and the manager said thats the normal amount of chips and if I wanted more Id have to buy more. When I know for a fact if you sit in and eat they give you a lot more chips and even refill if you eat them all. She gave me all attitude when I asked her about it so I just grabbed the bag and left. I ended up calling the manger and telling her how poor of customer service we had while we were there and ended up getting compensation for the meal even though I doubt well be back. I know the customer is not always right but if I just want a few more handfuls of chips it should not be a problem.

This place is very poorly managed. Been here multiple times during the lunch for quick food in the past and it usually takes over a half hour for a simple burger and fries and its never busy. The worst one yet came last Sunday 9/25. I ordered medium boneless wings go with a pickup time of 5:40. I walked in the door at 5:41 to a line of 6 people waiting for their orders as well. There was 1 person working and taking an order on the phone for over 10 minutes. During this time a manager and multiple employees went behind the counter and none offered to help anyone. After the person took the phone order he walked into the kitchen. After 15 min someone asked for a manger to assist as nobody had been helped in 15 min. I ended up walking out after waiting 18 min as my food was surely bad from sitting under heat lamps for 20 minutes.

We have tried going to this location multiple times and each time our order is incorrect, staff has no idea what is going on, and we always have extensive waits. I ordered a black bean burger and asked specifically that cheese be left off my burger because I do not eat dairy. We explained multiple times on the phone and yet when we picked up the order it still had cheese. To correct this error they took off the cheese and re grilled it, making it burnt. When she brought it back out I saw a piece of cheese left and asked if all they did was remove the cheese and she said she did not know. We always ordered a grilled wrap and fries which was placed in a tiny box where the sauce from the wrap leaked all over the fries. Lastly, I ordered a side salad which was poorly made with old lettuce. Horrible staff and organization!

Our waitress Blayne was amazing!! We can in at 2pm and our service was a little slow... Only because Blayne had 8 tables and we ourselves were a table of 9. She trumped and did wonderful!! We spoke to a manager after being there for 1.5 hours and seeing the same 8 tables stay dirty while Blayne was running her butt off to help us. The manager didnt even have a facial expression or express her need to want to help out in the situation. Annie was the manager and Im very disappointed in this store after working at Buffalo for 4 years... She is not what management is about.... Its disappointing that when two men walked in.. there was no one up front and I had to direct the men to the bar for open seating. Heres to Blayne.. wtg girl ! Thanks for being so amazing.. and this is on no way directed at you or your service!!!

Ive been to this location a couple times as it is convenient for me. I would tylically give it 3 stars but the last couple times have been subpar. The acoustics were poor on one trip and the most recent trip was poor all around. I had to ask for a waiter after no acknowledgement for over 8 min (the hostess sat me). I then waited until 15 min after I was sat to get a beer and it wasnt full capacity. No complaint about my food but I had to ask for them to turn the PA to the game that everyone was there to see at halftime. Its a no brained for a sports bar to turn its PA to a BB game featuring the #2 team in the country playing a local university with the largest alumni base in their geographic area. Cmon Man!

Took a while to be seated even though half the place was empty. Ordered our drinks with the first server and we must have been between sections because 4 others tried to take our order then. Shouldve let them. Our server passed us off to another "because she was leaving," but she was still there when we escaped 50 minutes later. The newest server (#3 came back) said the kitchen lost our order and then only delivered the wings, no sides. But then of course the sides were still on the bill. Server ignored us for 10 more minutes. Thanks to the manager who actually made eye contact, fixed the bill, and helped us. Hes the only reason 0 stars becomes 1. Utter mess, not worth the wings.
