The food was good but the service was terrible. We sat for twenty minutes with our menus closed watching servers wander around taking to each other. As it was 4 in the afternoon and not busy at all, we should have ordered immediately. Finally a server walked over and asked if our server had helped us and we said no. She then said, well youre not my table but I guess Ill help you. Gee thanks. Not once did she smile and treated us like she was going out of her way and we should be grateful she was helping. We waited another 15 minutes for our drinks and our food and appetizers came out two minutes apart. The food was good, but I didnt order another drink like I wanted because the server wasnt around, and I didnt want to wait again. From reading the other reviews Id recommend either a whole new staff, or some better training. I dont spend money to have someone treat me like Im an inconvenience to them. I was a server for many years, and I guarantee I will tip according to service. This server was tipped according to service. Very poorly.

This really saddens me as I have been a fan of this restraunts for a long time. But today really turned me off to this restraunt.. Over the last month or so I have been in a few times and each time has gotten progressively worse. I like the idea of the fastbreak lunch. But it seems as if it doesnt mean anything. Or times was at 15:34 when the server brought our food. Those of you who know food in 15 minutes or its free. When thever food came it looked as if it had been done for a while so there should have been no problem getting it out in time. But when the bill came I asked the waitress (not the one who brought the food and stopped the timer) what the time said. She told me 15:34 but she KNEW the food was out way before that.. I guess since she knew it was done prior to the timer passing 15 minutes it didnt count. But that shouldnt matter. What a joke..

I love BWW. Wings are my love language. But this location is just too hit and miss to rate higher. Wings are sometimes nearly devoid of sauce other times drowning. Service can be inattentive depending on who you get. Cant be relied upon to pre-meal deliver wing setups (bone holders and napkins). Outdoor seating is unusable due to smoking. Staff seen regularly smoking in front of building. Very busy site, but wait times have usually been reasonable. 5 out of 6 burgers Ive ordered here were sent back due to improper prep. And I really like their burgers so Im trying to be patient. Kitchen staff is definitely costing front of house tips.

The last 5 times Ive ordered carry out including tonight they have managed to mess something up. Between order Mac and cheese and getting noodles with some sort of Alfredo looking sauce and getting cold wings and fries with the wrong seasoning on them.. I will not be ordering from here again. I am VERY disappointed. I order from here at work, go in and eat, or order out at least 1-2 times in 2 weeks.. you think theyd get it together. Called to talk to a manager and sat on hold for 5 mins..

always the same. The service sucks, food is horrible and the atmosphere is not great. I have visited this store several times because my boyfriend likes the beer selection but the food is pricey and bland... they either leave the stuff sitting under the heat lamp for too long or their oil makes the wings nasty and taste bitter. Even the servers are always worried about everything else but their customers.

On a return road trip from Minneapolis to Kansas City I stopped in B-dubs to have an early lunch. Because of the early crowd they went ahead and opened about 10 min early! I say at the bar, as I was dining alone, and ordered Spicy garlic tradtional wings. Grant was the bartender, great conversationalist, personable, and made me feel at home in a strange city! Every bartender should be like Grant!

The server was great, but she was running her butt off with other tables. Meanwhile the manager was standing up front with four other girls talking and having a great time. While our server was struggling to keep up. It took 30 minutes for wings, and it was not busy! If you want to go sit and wait forever, and just watch the manager and other staff screw off. Then this is the place for you!

Worst service ever owatonna last night. Started with a male server then switched to a female. Sat wanting a beer during the fight, could not get her attention. Love bww but dont know if Ill go back to this one even though its close to home. Male server kept complaining he had his wisdom teeth pulled and how bad his mouth hurt and he was thinking about going home.

Stopped to order take out last night and waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged even though it was not busy at all (I spotted 2 tables in the whole restaurant seated). Food took twice as long to be ready than we were told. BWW is decent as a whole but I wouldnt recommend or come back to this location.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Owatonna is alright. Although I have had several bad experiences, I return for the atmosphere. The prices are a little high for the portion you receive and they serve Pepsi products which is a bummer!! Yet, the food is decent as you cant really screw up wings!

Waitress was nice. 15 min wait isnt bad but there was a lot of people waiting with several empty tables ready. Food was good but slow. Appetizer came out about 5-8 min before food. Overall good food and pleasant service. Not recommended if you are on a time frame.

Gone here a few times usually everything is delicious this last time my order specifically said no onions got onions no sweet bbq like I ordered and super soggy bun .... never order here going in everythings good because then they care about the tips

I had never been to a BWWs before; now I have. I ordered buffalo wings, they were good wings. The seem to make good wings here; Ive had better, but these were good too. Great beer selection. All in all, I got what I wanted, so yeah, five stars.

Excellent wings and good tap menu. Probably not the best choice if you have a limited lunch break as they are typically busy and can take 40-60 minutes from ordering to getting the bill. (including "fast lunch" options)

I ordered wings to go and decided to get a side of fries bad decision they were cold and the portion was a joke for 4 bucks what a rip off the wings were good but the expensive gross fries kinda ruined it for me

I have never waited that long to receive my order, and there were about three other people in the restaurant at that time. What were the cooks doing back there? Terrible service, and the food came out wrong.

Last two times they couldnt get the order right then tell you youre wrong today was the last time orderd traditional got boneless on a carry out got home wrong orded garlic parmesan got spicy whats so hard
