This started off as a less than positive experience, and resulted in what I believe was the second review Ive left somewhere. Within an hour of the work week starting Monday morning, I had a call from Cliff, a manager at the Hutchinson location. Cliff explained what had happened in a calm and professional manner, and came off as genuinely apologetic about the situation. Not one time did he ask that I change my review, and Im not even sure he expected it. Please keep reading. Would I have ate at this location again? Just because its convenient, yes. However, with the way Cliff handled this--taking the blame for something that was 100% out of his control (nobody. Nobody does that): he earned my recommendation for life. Im a big believer in word of mouth for any business, and his care for a client as minor as myself blew me away. If Im Buffalo Wild Wings Corporate reading this, finding some type of bonus/compensation for this employees commitment to the company should be a top priority, even if its just a token of "thanks". Great employees that embody the actual values of your company Im assuming are hard to come by, and from my little experience here--Im going to guess youve got one down in Hutchinson. Thank you.

Not Telling
So I walked in and stood at the podium, waiting to be seated like any other decent restaurant. While in the process of hoping to be told "Just a sec," by some form of waiter, I have the entire restaurant staring me down like I was doing something wrong. Typically, the places I have been remedy this situation in some way. This one did not. Was looked at three times by some form of staff without a word being said to me. So I stood there, looking stupid for about as long as I could muster before turning around and just going somewhere else. Thanks for the inspiration to vote with my dollar.

The first few months of their operation were questionable. The food has always been good but the checks were often incorrect. Lunch can be slow and it may take over 30 minutes to get your wings, but they are trying to improve. It is bar far my favorite place in Hutchinson. The staff is friendly, the establishment is clean and oriented nicely, the food is always good, and the prices are fair.

Our family loves this restaurant and its always on the top of our "where should we go?" list! Thai curry boneless wings are our favorite, and we always ask for them to be extra wet. Awesome selection of tap beers. Kids meals are $1.99 on Sundays which is an awesome incentive. The servers are usually *the best*!

Very yummy place to eat! Great selection of food. Fast friendly service. LOVE the free tablets the loan for the kids while we are waiting for food! What an awesome perk to eating there! If I had to choose based on that along, I would definitely choose eating here over somewhere else!

This place is always crazy busy, but surprisingly, you really dont have to wait long to get your meal. Its kid friendly with tablets, coloring, the menu, etc. Its not the cheapest place on the planet but when you want wings, you NEED wings. Well be back again.

I love Jeremy!! He is so funny and super in tune with his customers. I dont drink all too often he recommended the best drink I have ever had the knock out fruit punch. He knows how to get his customers in a good mood and more than ready to come back!

Im not typically a fan of sports bars and such but this place is pretty mellow with great and friendly staff. The food is what you would expect. If your planning on getting wings you might want to bring an extra shirt!

I go here often. Especially for endless wings on Wednesdays. Great customer service when the food came out late. They arent afraid to make sure you are happy to keep you coming back. Great environment.
