I thought this place was called Buffalo Wind Wings, not Buffalo Wild Drum Sticks. Thats a cheap move, Everytime I go there, I try to go for wings and Ill get like one wing out of ten everytime. Sorry to gripe, but thats a cheap scheme as in Wings are more valued than drumsticks, price wise, so its kinda crappy they do that, they should make a wing to drumstick ratio where the wings overmark that, so you know they can match their title. I got a to-go order yesterday and thats all I got. They told me they were waiting on my wings to be done, but I ordered boneless ones too, a small sized. But why would you cook the traditional wings last was my thought, they take so much longer, anywho I get home to eat with my family and my wings were dry really dry over fried and it made me feel offset. My wife and her Mom were excited for the boneless ones but it was even more upsetting to see my mother in law have only two pieces and mouth "this is disgusting.." cause they were cold, hard and even looked like they had been sitting too long. My wife didnt like hers either, she got the garlic parmesan and usually in Fayettevilles location they are generous with the sauce, cause well the sauce is boss. But hers looked little to dry. I spent 35$ on overpriced and irresponsibly cooked chicken. You have one job, and you ruin it. I was better off buying some frozen bags of Buffalo chicken and boneless wings from Walmart made by Tyson. Either the managers greedy or the cooks just ignorant. Fayettevilles location tops this location, and I mean it. Get it together, Springdale. My suggestion go somewhere else, youll be less disappointed and feel you arent wasting your hard earned money. Cause these high school drop outs will take it and wont bat an eye if you get bad service.

BWW, is my all time favorite place to eat. Asian Zing is crazy good... However I called today and placed a to go order.. I called at 11:36 AM, asked for my order to be ready at 12:45 pm. When I got there at 12:43, we waited until 1:05 before our food was even ready and brought to us. Also the entire time several customers were waiting in the lobby to be seated, several also walked out as there was nobody around to seat them or greet them. Then when I asked MR. Nathan Young what was taking so long, I had walked in between the to see where they bag everything, he said.. " I do not appreciate the attitude and you need to back up" and proceeded to act like he was going to push me back after getting in my face.... I said there is no attitude however I called over an hour ago and asked to have my lunch ready at 12:45, I got no response as he turned and walked away without saying a word. Very unprofessional. and also walked in and out without seating our greeting any customers. I didnt get a Im sorry for your wait, or any apology what so ever actually. Just attitude from someone who is the Assistant GM, I understand that Buffalo Wild Wings can refuse to service to anyone at anytime.. however I also believe in customer service and setting a standard for your employees to see. When you are in a management type position especially. Thanks for you time whoever reads this. Feel free to email me with any questions. THE WORST PART!!!!! THEY DIDNT PUT MY BLUCHEESE OR CARROTS TO BEAT THE HEAT... SAD SAD DAY.

When I was accosted coming out of the bathroom by someone who said my kind wasnt welcome there in Springdale Arkansas, the lovely Brooke, rose to my defence and said, "dont worry folks, I know how to deal with these Canadians" and proceed to ask me "hows it goin eh?" Now I have no idea what language these other people were jibber jabbin at me, but Brookes Canadianese was spot on as she explained to me what this was all aboot. I felt right at home as Brooke apologized for her backwards thinking coworkers who dont understand that Canadians are people too, even if their money is funny colours, (yes, colours, with a u...like the Queen intended it to be spelled, by God!!) about not having traditional Canadian maple syrup tossed wings, and when she apologized for not having Molson on tap,...yup...I felt right so right at home that I tipped more than my regular two bits and left her a whole loonie. Well done Brooke, you better get a new piggy bank, because I can count on many other Canadians coming to this B Dub because of your exceptional service. Thanks, eh!

The service here is horrendous. We have had several bad experiences here, but due to the wings we always keep coming back. We now order take out, though. The servers are very mindless and give poor service. After being seated, on a slow day, we waited over half an hour for our order to be taken. The server had FORGOTTEN about us. We were 1 of 3 groups there and there were several employees there that day. After this, we waited another 20 minutes for our food and our drinks were not refilled even once. The seats are hard also. There isnt any padding at all. We now order out and even that is a chore as well. We call and place our orders and because of the cashiers being so mindless, we have to repeat the orders several times-and they are regular wing orders, nothing special. When we go in we have to go all the way over to the bar to pay for some idiotic reason as well. Every time. If anywhere else had even close to the quality of wings, we would go there. We arent even picky people. They just do not care about their service.

So, I live in Florida, but I was in Springdale, AR for some godforsaken reason. I was considering taking some MRE’s or astronaut food on my trip, because I was positive that there would be nothing to eat except road kill and catfish. You can’t imagine the elation I felt upon finding a Buffalo Wild Wings! The one where I live is pretty solid, so I was expecting about the same here. However, after spending about 5 hours there on a Monday night, I walked out happier than a puppy with two peters! Brooke, my waitress, was so attentive that I never went without a freezing cold beer in my hand (I ended up having to take a cab back to my hotel motel). The food was way beyond my expectations, too, there weren’t any used needles in it, and I didn’t even have the firey Hershey squirts the next day! I would definitely go back, in fact, I might go back there right now and sit by the door until they open.

I recently joined a cult, called the warehouse. As part of their initiation ceremony I was required to go to a random wild wings. I chose the one in Springdale, AR. I was greeted by a nice waitress named Brooke. I asked her if they had grape "crush", she said no and also said "dont drink the water." I appreciated her candor. I asked her to put the chinese ping pong tourney on but she said the "satellite" was down. This really put a "space between" her and me. She asked me if I was going to "stay or leave". I said Id stay and ordered some fish tacos, but specifically requested that the fish not have big eyes. My bill was "41" dollars which seemed like a bargain and made me feel "so damn lucky" I told her and this is the honest truth, that the wild wings in springdale is "the best of whats around"
