We went here last night on the way home from a long drive to finish watching the Packers/Lions game. Not sure if everyone was working a long shift, if the management is just that bad or what, but I observed the largest group of unhappy and unfriendly servers ever. Our own waitress had NO personality at all. Further observation showed that NONE of the wait staff, management, or "Captains" could crack a smile or make eye contact with anyone. It was ridiculous. One lady walked around and set survey sheets on the tables, but never once said a word to anyone while she did it. If she is hired to help with PR and get customers opinions, dont you think she should interact with the guests? I think management needs to seriously look at the issue - with the entire staff unfriendly and not able to crack a smile, this sure seems like a training and/or rapport issue. Perhaps it has something to do with the overpriced just "ok" wings, but if it werent for the sports availability, this place would never make it. Going to make wings at home next time and then just order 1-2 beers at the bar when I want to enjoy some good football games in a public atmosphere.....

The restaurant is cluttered, dimly lit, and incredibly loud. This was a Tuesday, when no PPV or big name events were happening, so I shudder to think the noise level any other time. As far as the food goes, its about as good as fried bar food could be -- which is to say, meh. The chicken wings are nothing special, nor the multitude of sauces. The fries are terrible, and the onion rings were quite delicious, albeit greasy. The value for your money, however, sucks. Beer prices are about 20% higher than most restaurants in the area. And the food is priced well above its quality. We went on a Tuesday when domestic beers are $1 and bone-in chicken wings are half off. Apparently "domestic beer" doesnt mean "domestic" because the American-made Sam Adams was not $1 off, nor the KC Bier company (made here in KC) nor the Boulevard. However, the foreign-owned beers like Budweiser are apparently "domestic." Our server was busy so the service wasnt quite as good as it could have been, but even good service cant make up for the noise or the poor value. A very forgettable experience.

Brought the FAM in for dinner, our bill was right at $100 bucks (for 4 of us). Dont mind spending the $ for quality service and products. However were talking about burgers & wings..both burgers & wings were NOT hot, but almost cold. 3 out of 4 of us within an hour of leaving had either thrown up and suffered upset stomachs or had diherrea. (Classic symptoms of ecoli) the beer I ordered tasted like mildew as if the tap lines havent been cleaned out in ages, so bad I couldnt even finish it. I told our server that the beverage tasted flat & moldy, she was apologetic and brought me another one, but it was the same shitty taste. Our service was mediocre at best ( which i guess can be expected when most of the service staff look like they are in high school) which is OK as long as management can actually manage food/service quality. OK place to watch a game or fight, but you should really be watching what you are being fed. #dissapointed!!!

Ive always enjoyed Buffalo Wild Wings, but this one isnt suited to carry the name as all the others in the metro. Two times Ive been here, one was the first day of the draft. The other 2 weeks ago to date. The first time the veggie burger my friend ordered was a hockey puck. The toppings and all were fine, but how could the cook think that was okay to serve. We had to remind the waitress to take it off of our check. The food was warm-ish and my wifes pulled pork bun was near stale. The second time there was better but then the fries were cold and when we asked for hot fries they burnt em and they were warm-ish. And the manager that brought the fries out had just taken a bite of something before he walked out onto the floor. Like I said Ive never had a bad experience at Buffalos but this one isnt good.

Hit and miss. Sometimes its good and others.. Well, id put an order online and they said they never got it. So i had to tell them what i ordered and sit and wait for them to "make it". They didnt even get my order right after i told them. The chicken tasted like its been sitting out for awhile and had different sauce on it and they tried to put some sauce that i ordered over it. The fries that came with it tasted like fries you keep in the fridge overnight and try to eat them the next morning. It was absolutely disgusting. I got carryout and wish i would have looked before leaving with tipping them.

by far the worst place around in any town for service..always 20 kid employees standing around that dont have a clue..everytime i go, it always takes 20 mins for a waiter.80% of the time the waiter says"its my first day".they always screw up my order.And SO over priced!!..who wants to pay a dollar plus per wing when its a caged, steroided up chicken.. Sorry b-dubs..i gave you all plenty of chances..You do have great flavors tho.. If your every in Branson MO..pass up this place!!!

Typical chain experience. Mediocre service. Mediocre food. I sat at my table nearly ten minutes before I was greeted even though multiple servers noticed me & made eye contact. A manager stood 2 tables away talking to what appeared to be a friend of his, lol! Consistently had to flag down our server to order a drink or food. We were there for 3 hours watching a Royals game & a soccer game, so we were eating & drinking in waves. I wont be back...

Ive been here several times and the food is always pretty good. The service is hit or miss. Today we came around 3pm and sat on bar side since its open sitting. My boyfriend, his 7 year old daughter and myself. Its nice because they have plenty of tvs and also tablets for kids and adults to do various games on. I think their alcoholic beverages are a little pricey but other than that, this is a nice casual place for a bite to eat.

this place is good. so many different flavors! i got - old bay, chili crunch and korean fried chicken. they were all good - but chili crunch definitely stood out as my favorite. id come back to try more flavors for sure. only complaint is that the wings arent as crunch as id like them to be (not breaded)! place gets busy and PACKED (small space too).

BWWs has always been one of my favorite places. I have spent a ton of money here. This particular one has been good, and the staff has been friendly. Except one of the male lunch time bartenders is a dick. He acts like he hates his job. This is probably the 4th time hes helped me. And next time, if hes working, Ill just sit in the dining room.

Food is fantastic! Just like Buffalo Wild Wings usually is the music is certainly a little too loud. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 stars is because our waitress took 15 minutes to get us our check after we were done eating very poor service! Certainly worth coming back in trying the food is unbelievable!
