Delicious food- unprofessional workers! the wait time is horrible. This is the reason why I prefer buffalo wild wings. I think this restaurant deserve more respect for their food. But the wait time, just make me choose the other many options available. The wait time fact may eventually shut down this restaurant.

Omg Fred was awesome. Help me feed my big family forgot my four ur old daughter on my order and without a doubt Fred made sure her wings was added. On top of all that Fred even gave me a courtesy drink for my wait. Ty Fred and team the drive here was worth it......Keisha....

I visit Wingstop once a week since opening a couple months ago. The staff is phenomenal, very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Im from Houston, our wingstop has nothing to this one. I will continue to be a valued customer during my stay here in Port Arthur.

I ordered ahead of time and wings were an additional fifteen minutes late... My biggest concern is that what they served us were a species of overgrown and deformed drumsticks.... Bigger than the palm of my hand... Never returning here

Place is dead and been waiting 20 mins for a simple 8pc basket. Some of the people that were eating here were pigs and running all around the eating area. I dont even know how this place is in business......

As I waited in there for 45 minutes with my order at 9 oclock at night all I heard from the 7 people working on the kitchen line was about cell phones and that they had fire if another employee wanted any.

Tasty wings from a variety of sauces. Excellent home cut fries, fresh carrots and celery with blue cheese dip. Take out wait seemed a little long but it was dinner time. I would definitely go back again.

Food tasted ok, not good just ok. I asked for my wings well done because I like some crisp on them and these were drowning in a puddle of grease and soggy. There was also barely any seasoning on them.

The wings are fresh and the fries are phenomenal. However, their customer service could be mistaken for a prison crew. They are rude and lack their manners, which is COMMON SENSE.
