Honestly, Im pretty disappointed overall with my experience with this location. Yes, the food is fine. However the service I received was to be fair less than desirable. I ordered and paid for lunch on-line. They kind of force you to pay when submitting the order that way. However, when I arrived the young lady looked confused and advised they could not see that I had previously paid. I explained, that I had ordered online but she insisted I would need to pay her again. I offered my card with the assurance I would not be charged twice. What happened? Yes, you guessed it... charged twice for the same thing. After seeing this the next day, I called and spoke to a manager who offered to look into it. I then called back the next day and was told they did not have record of the transactions and that I should print off my bank statement and bring in the receipts. I printed the bank details and presented them and the receipts to another store manager a few days later after I wanted to be absolutely sure both transactions were actually withdrawn from my account and not just pending. The manager then took my store receipt and told me he would take it with their corporate office. He promised me a call back on the matter as well. Several days passed and I had not heard anything. I called back and spoke to a 3rd manager. She advised me she was too busy to discuss it and that if it was submitted to corporate it would be handled there and that they couldnt do anything else on it. About a week later, I finally did receive the credit for the duplicate purchase. What is disappointing is that there was no compensation for their error. No, hey we screwed up, let us make this right for the time we cost you in phone calls and making an additional trip just to present receipts, etc. Im not likely to visit this establishment again.

The highlight of my visit was the fries which were crisp and piping hot. Ordered the Cheese Curd Bacon burger. Im sure the patty & curds came from a frozen box in the walk in. Much like their wings, it was marginal bar food at best. Sat at the bar and our server was inattentive to say the least. If she was in the weeds I would understand, but she had maybe 1/2 a dozen guests. Her service area was right in front of us, so when she made a drink for someone else it was an ideal opportunity to look at us, smile, and ask if we wanted something else. Instead our empty glasses went unfilled and there was rarely and acknowledgment of our presence. Her "service" fell under the label of "customer neglect." Speaking of customer neglect there was a manager sitting at a table occupying our bartender and a servers time along with another employee (maybe a shift supervisor) who did a fantastic job of holding up the other end of the bar. He didnt move for a majority of the hour we were there or lift a finger to help. Its been a while since I was last in a B-Dubs. This experience just put the nail in the coffin. Ill spend my discretionary dollars elsewhere.

I have been to this location many many times and the food is about the same as everywhere....tasty... I have never had any qualms about this place until today when service may have been the worst I have ever experienced. I used to visit this place about once a month (maybe more). I am not a snob about service and dont have very high expectations , but, I will not be going back to this location if I can help it. It took nearly 90 minutes for the three of us to eat here during a not very busy lunch hour. We all ordered off the lunch menu and had water. There were at least 3 other tables that came in after us that all got their food before us. In the end, our waitress disappeared and we went to the counter to pay. The assistant general manager didnt leave the counter the entire time we were there and showed no interest in our obvious dissatisfaction. I hate being critical, but the service here from just 1 experience is enough to make me not want to do back. I will drive south to the 119th location from now on. I will give it 2 stars just because the food was still good.

Food is not anything special. With these prices it should really taste better. On top of that, when you order two different sampler appetizers and they have a common appetizer between them, you should allow for a substitution of a different appetizer not included, right? Wrong, and not only did they not honor that request, but then when we got the two separate appetizer plates with the same nacho on each, the nachos werent the same. On one plate the nachos had meat, cheese, tomatoes, chives, and onions. The other, had tomatoes, chives, and onions. Very disappointing and Im not a picky person. Also, only socer on tv, 35 tvs and only soccer to watch. The reason for 2 stars is our waitress was decent when she wasnt leaning on a railing, of course she wouldnt know we were disappointed because she never asked, leaving me to assume she didnt care too much.

The wings here are great. Not sure what all the negative reviews are for as Ive been going to this location for the years now and never had an issue. Also to the people complaining about paying extra for ranch or celery that is only done if you order the specials like Wings Tuesday and Boneless Thursday and its done at every Buffalo Wild Wings not just this location. Ive been to Buffalo Wild Wings locations in 6 different states and this is one of the best. Any time Ive been there the staff has always been super responsive and fast. If the wings come out and theres not enough sauce on them to my liking(very rare occasion), the staff will take them back and have them re-tossed in the sauce.

I love BDub, but this location is HORRIBLE! Hands down the worst service of anywhere around. The servers here could care less about you as a customer and it shows. This place is jammed packed almost every night, so a long wait for a table is a given. The almost always let their "friends" get a table long before anyone else does. It is so loud in here you cannot hear a word that the rude server is saying. You will NEVER get your drink refilled, but they will ask you 10 times if you want another beer. The wings here are great, but the rest of the menu is pretty bad. The burgers are frozen patties with no seasoning and taste like a bland frozen patty. They sure charge for that bland food.

This is where we always put together our fantasy football drafts, but this might be our last year - the service was poor and the internet was intermittent. We chose this location because of (1) the FF setup kit they offer and (2) the food options. The staff was disengaged and seemed inconvenienced by our party of 14. Note: this was an early Sunday morning before FF drafts started taking over weekends - we were the only ones in the main room with a few 2 and 4-tops outside of our party. Servers were mostly huddled together near computers. We arent sure if well be back for the draft next year, but heres to hoping they up their game.
