11825 E US Highway 40, Ste C, Independence, MO 64055 This is my 2nd and last visit to this location. My first visit was about a month ago and I was in shock when I noticed one of the male staff members responsible for handling cooking had his pants sagging so far down that you could see his underwear. It was a disgusting visual to associate wings with butt crack. Tonight, my 2nd visit and I only stopped in to get ranch. The cashier (Possibly Hispanic, but definitely a female) took my order and at her next break between customers, I watched her grab a plastic knife by the serrated edges and then report back to her register. About 4 minutes later, the worker who had been in the back sweeping the floor approaches the register & is asked to prepare a pound of ranch. The cashier then hands her the serrated plastic knife from the palm of her hand. Imagine the germs after she has handled multiple cash transactions and the keys of that register. The sweeper worker (African American female) then proceeds to remove several small ranch dressing cups and an empty large ranch dressing container. She takes that same plastic knife that was handed to her by the cashier and uses it to scrape out the ranch from the smaller containers to pour them into the larger container. Serious issues I have with tonight: 1) No one is wearing hair nets or gloves 2) The worker who had been sweeping right before taking the ranch order DID NOT wash her hands and I watched her use her FINGERS to remove spilled ranch dressing from the sides of the containers. I watched her put away the broom/mop and immediately go to the register without stopping to wash her hands. I wont bring up the poor and slow customer service because that is the least of my worries. This places needs serious training on health code and hygiene. I plan on reporting this to the health department out of concern for others.

Never been greeted before while walking in the store with a blunt its going to be at least a 30min wait and this was 4 hours before they close. Ordered boneless wings to be informed bone in wings cook faster, said I wanted boneless didnt really care about wait time, to only wait 30minutes to have bone in wings come out. Probably by far some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Watched multiple other customers stand at the register and wait 5 to 10mins for an employee to even acknowledge their presence. If you have to get wings, order it online and only pay upon pickup or better yet just go somewhere else.

Best wings ive ever had. Crispy, louisiana rub is my favorite. Good homemade ranch flavor. Will be a repeat customer. Update: Went back today and the service was outstanding, friendly happy cashier. Wings and ranch are out of this world. I always order all flats, louisiana rub, extra crispy. Cant beat ordering online and picking it up hot 20 min later with zero wait time. Thank you!!!! Wife is out of town, this will be the best thing that happens to me until she comes back:)

Always, always does this place fail to impress... no ones in the lobby and manager says im going to have to wait for 20-25 mns to get my 10 wings. I order, leave, and come back 17 mins later and my order is just sitting in the counter not under a heat lamp or anything. Management, who rang me up, then tells me, oh my bad, i thought you order bone in. These were done awhile ago. Well, this is 3rd week in a row i gave it a chance and Im done...

Desperation only!!! The only reason this craphole gets 1 star is because its open late and thats the lowest Google allows. Wings were dry and tasteless. Fries were ok I guess. Customer service was absolutely disgusting! If I could stomach Dennys, I wouldnt have spent my money here. The register girl was very rude, unprofessional, and tacky. Avoid this dump for allowing service like this. Youre better off going somewhere else.

If I could give them 10 NEGATIVE stars I would!! I ordered 15 piece combo...never in my wildest dreams did I expect to get home (20 minutes away) and discover that ALL 15 pieces were drummies!! Naturally Im upset, and the smart ads Clint hung up in my face!!! Really??? You screw me and then you have the nerve to hang up on me...when I asked who to contact in the corporate office, I was told they did not know??? BS!!

Put a order in online and went to pick it up forty mins after. In my food still wasnt ready their excuse was someone knocked my ticket on the floor smh. Never will I order here again...... Oh in the manager is horrible too talking about some free wings I dont need no extra anything it would have been nice to walk in and out instead of waiting an additional 20 mins for something I placed ahead of time

Not entirely sure why the wait times at this location are so much longer than the store in blue springs. If the email says the food will be ready at 2:30 expect to wait an extra 15 after that for them to even start cooking your wings. Ill drive to blue springs from here on out. UPDATE: Ordered boneless wings and ended up getting traditional. Honestly Im beyond fed up with this location.

Ordered online through their app. Got home (20 minutes away) and order was incorrect. I spent $50 dollars there so I called to speak to someone about it. I was placed on hold several times. Manager asked what I wanted her to do about it. I asked what could she do about it and she wouldnt answer. No apology. No real offer to make it right. Will not go here again.

This is definitely NOT a FASTfood restaurant. Everything is super slow; Terrible attitude from the staff. Tables are super dirty, sticky to be exact, and when asked about my order after 10, then 20 and finally 28mins of wait, the answer was its coming right out. The wings were undercooked. This was my first time in this place, and definitely the very last time as well.

I havent had a bad experience from wingstop. In fact I love the way they cook their wings. And their fries are great and I like they have flavor options for fries. I do wish they had more flavor options for the wings but the flavors they do have are very good, maybe some pineapple flavor with the mango habanero. Other than that, they have excellent service and food.

This wing stop is terrible. Rarely does the order come out right, ask for the wings to be wet, they dont come out wet, ask for the extra sauce, and instead they try and charge me for it after wed already ordered it that way to begin with. Not sure Ill be coming back to this location, especially not when there is a Buffalo Wild Wings down the street from here.

Food was good but the customer service in person and over the phone was horrible, very disrepectful and rude. I am a local so i know the area very well i have been there a total of five times every time i have had bad service from them. Makes me not want to go back at all..
